This review is purely from the purchase experience. I haven't received my first order yet. Everything went well. Picking a plan was easy. Getting the first order discount was simple. No issues entering delivery/billing info. The only problem was placing the order via credit card. It would not submit the order, even after clicking the Terms and Conditions. There was no explanation as to why. Switching to PayPal worked, but digging out the PayPal info added an extra step.
I ordered orchids for my mom for Mother's Day. I wasn't expecting much, and I thought they might arrive late because of COVID-19 and problems with shipments, but everything was perfect. The flowers were even more beautiful than I expected, they got there on time. It was great.

When I got home not only did you refund the cost of the peonies to my American Express, but when I got home you had delivered 36 stargaze lilies with tight buds that are opening right before my eyes and they are beautiful and will last at least 2 weeks more! Gave my mother-in-law a monthly subscription last year. She enjoyed it so much, she asked us to get it for her again this year! During this crazy time, it's nice that she receives a little brightness each month! Thank you!
The only positive thing this company does well, appears to be taking your payment. Awful service and pretty below average flowers. Do yourself a favour, find a local florist and contact them direct. I see a lot of the 5* reviews have popped up recently, quite a few from people that don't even live in Australia and have never reviewed anything else in their life. Is it possible that they work there or have been paid to bump up the ratings? Who knows, but do yourself a favour and avoid using this company!
Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. Sent our flowers 6 days late and our card was printed on the back of an old sale leaflet. It was embarrassing and all we got offered was a maximum $12.50 refund. These guys are a joke.
Ordered flowers to be delivered to a business address in Melbourne, Ordered on 3 Feb 2021 for delivery on 5 February 2021. Order included an upsized floral arrangement $50-00, a glass vase for $14-95 and a Premium Box of Gourmet Chocolates $24-95. The order did not arrive on the Friday nor Monday or Tuesday. I contacted Bloomex by phone What a Joke, put you on hold for 20 minutes then you have to leave name and phone number and we will call you back. Fat chance of that happening So did the on line live chat. Gave the details and all I got was that they were delivered to the address nominated. I asked who signed for them and all correspondence ceased. Then about an hour later had a call from the recipient to say they had just arrived on the 10th of February 2021. The flowers were ordinary, the premium box of chocolates was a block of Lindt Chili dark chocolate you could get for 3 or 4 bucks in Coles. Never ever will I use this bunch of thieves again.
If you read below you will see Bloomex finally admitted their original arrangement was sub standard and offered to replace it, send a hamper or give me store credit I could use at anytime. I chose the replacement option. I trusted this company to be honest and credible. Well that was on the 19th of February. As of the26th no arrangement has been delivered. What a bunch o liars these people are. All they wanted was for me to change my Review. Well I will not change it. They are a Scam from Canada. They are hated in Canada. They have shown that they are deceitful and dishonest and lack any corporate morals of decency and customer loyalty. They are a joke and I urge anyone considering using them to forget it. You will be wasting your money.

The most terrible company. DO NOT use this company, let me down on Valentines Day of all days, blamed the courier but only let me know this at 7pm so I could make no alternate arrangements. OK I got a full refund, however my partner got no flowers and then I had to beg forgiveness. My mistake as I usually use Interflora, who I shall be using for now and forever as they have always delivered. Bloomex even had the cheek to offer 15% off my next order, there shall be no next order

Ordered flowers for my partner's first Valentine's Day, called customer service as it hadn't arrived and they rudely told me I was stupid and it would be delivered by 9pm. Attempted to call back after no delivery and had no response from customer service. Save your money and use a better service with customer service in Australia.
Absolutely shocking with poor packaging, squashed roses, late delivery (8PM?) and the worst is that the roses were frozen roses not FRESH.
I ordered $115 + $14.95 (shipping) flowers on the 9th February for them to be delivered on the 13th February and to be fresh for Valentines Day. However, the flowers came in on the 11th and were in a horrid state, they were brown and the white flowers were speckled with brown stains all over. I then escalated the matter with support and they pretty much said the typical spiel about logistics (even though i paid for them to be delivered on a specific day). Also, it does not make sense for the flowers to brown that quick as the order was placed around 10pm on the 9th Feb which would have meant that the order would have processed on the 10th and delivered on the 11th which to me means the flowers were already in a poor state when they shipped.
I typically do not write reviews but my order from Bloomex and the customer support was so disgusting that i felt compelled to write this review as a means to warn others to NEVER order from them or you will be wasting both your time and money like i did. I will NEVER order flowers from Bloomex ever again, i feel as though ive been scammed.

Today I received a box of dead and mouldy flowers from Bloomex Australia. I was so disappointed that I phoned them up at 10.54am today, immediately after picking them up from the P. O. to complain and to give them a chance for them to rectify the problem.
I sent them pictures and also complained on their chat service, but all to no avail. Still waiting for the manager to phone me.
I suggest if you want to send beautiful flowers to your loved ones, KEEP AWAY FROM BLOOMEX, what a disgraceful company, sending dead mouldy flowers.
I chose this company as they claimed they could deliver on the date I required so I ordered 4 days in advance. They called me at 9am on the day of delivery, from a weird US number, to say that they could not deliver on the promised day after all. I asked them to cancel the order and refund as the next day was not an option and I'd only ordered through them because they said they could deliver on that specific day. They refused. This was the most horrible, stressful exchange with a company I have ever experienced. I would never use them again and urge others not to either.
Professional service and flowers arrived in good condition at the allotted date and time. Easy to order online.
