I ordered this lovely wreath for my mom and she received it on 12/18/20 as was told when i ordered it to be delivered on that day. Love that it was and the wreath was absolutely beautiful! My mom loves it and has it hanging on her door as I type this Thank you so much for making it special especially since such a crazy time and can't see her when we usually spend time together this holiday

While the bouquet was fresh and delivered in a timely manner the quantity of flowers seemed a bit short.

Beautiful flowers, beautiful packaging. My friend was sooo impressed with the flowers I sent her. I love the selection and that I can rely on the flowers looking like the photos.

Flowers are breathtaking. Love the story of the farmers. So easy to have them overnighted. Highly recommended.

The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous as usual, however, the foliage and leaves were awful. They had a lot of black spots on them which indicates that they were on their way out. Such a shame!

I ordered 2 dozen red roses for my wife's 40th birthday 5 days prior and asked for them to be delivered before 8am.
They were happy to take my money and didn't advise me until 9am that they can't guarantee what time they will be delivered but it will be between 9am and 9pm even though all over there website it's states 247 and same day delivery and they will do their best to meet times. I was told all day that the flowers were out for delivery and guess what they were not out for delivery and they didn't turn up at all that day for my wife's 40th even though I ordered them 5 days prior. I did not receive an apology all as I got was read our terms and conditions. So the next morning I asked for a full refund and don't cancel the delivery which I was told management would look into it and guess what nothing! They delivered the flowers 11am a day late and they were absolutely rubbish compared to the description and pics on there site, no refund no apology absolutely nothing but terrible couldn't care less attitudes from their customer service department. So don't take the risk because they don't care about us!

I ordered a dozen long stem roses with premium chocolates and a fruit hamper for a 21st Birthday present in South Brisbane with 2 weeks lead time. OMG! The flowers were brown and wilting, the chocolates are not the premium chocolates they advertise and the fruit basket was terrible. Supposed to be 10 nice pieces of fruit. Received 9 pieces of cheap apples, pears and mandarins and a rotten honeydew melon (replacing the pineapple and grapes). I emailed them asking for a replacement or refund and they offered me $30 credit on their website! What a joke! I understand the pineapple might be swapped for another piece of fruit but seriously a rotten honeydew melon. I was so embarrassed. Warning: Their 50% off special means flowers that are rotten! I have never come across a company that would not replace a product which so obviously do not look like their advertisement or their product description. I will be making a formal complaint. Please do not buy from Bloomex.
I was contacted my Bloomex this morning and they advised me that they would replace my order today. Guess what? It's 9:42pm and there has been NO DELIVERY! Honestly, Bloomex, surely you can do better than this?

Whilst away in central NSW we were able to order and send flowers to our daughter to celebrate her birthday it was so easy and uncomplicated and made our birthday wishes a lot nicer. They were delivered to he place of work and made her cry.

I ordered a box of flowers on May 5th 2021 on line To be delivered the next day for a friends birthday who live in Wembley WA. They never arrived! I have rung, emailed and messaged only to be told they were delivered! This is not the case so please don't order flowers from this company. I am following up with consumer protection. So disappointing

This is my 4th Bouq and I love the flowers, but more importantly is their Customer Experience! You have to rate a company on not only their superior product, but how they treat you as a customer especially when something doesn't go 100% and they are a FIVE STAR CX Company! I would highly recommend Bloomex... who doesn't love having FRESH flowers delivered esecially when your trapped at home Zooming all day long.

Ordered on Thursday for Monday. Never came. Tuesday, never came, Wednesday, never came.
Called them overall 20 times with unprofessional, unhelpful response by so called call Centre who ensured we would be getting the flowers by business hours.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FAKE SCAM.

Ended up with only a credit for a company who I can guarantee have a terrible success rate in delivery.

Ordered flowers from Canada to be delivered to mum on the 11th May for Mothers day / birthday. Still hasnt arrived and they not answering emails after offering me a store credit that doesnt even cover cost i already spent on a non delivered order( i cant call since in different country)
And i see im not the only one. They need to be closed down. Scammers

So excited to send my daughter her first Mother's Day flowers. She gave birth at 24 weeks, remains in Ronald McDonald House at Canberra Hospital. My granddaughter in the NICU. My message was important and special. No flowers arrived. Refund " processing" my payment was taken immediately.

Flowers arrived in excellent condition and as scheduled. Customer service also responded quickly when I had a question after I place the order. Will use Bloomex again!

Great company. Ordered multiple times and the flowers last a while and shipping has always been on time.
