I bought a bouquet of flowers for my mother which was supposed to have roses, lilies, and lavender chrysanthemums. I even paid to upgrade to the largest size! A total of $80 to have them delivered. Instead, my mother received left over scraps of Carnations. A complete abomination. I was both baffled and embarrassed of what my mother received. When I spoke to costumer service they told me that the "flowers" delivered met their policy. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company receives -10 stars. Both my friend and I have had HORRIBLE experiences with this company and warn EVERYONE to stay away! I ordered 2 Mother's Day bouquets on Wednesday May 6th to be delivered on Saturday May 9th. One arrived early on Friday May 7, great. BUT... totally wrong flowers. I ordered purple and pink roses, daisies and lilies. What arrived was a red and yellow bouquet of different flowers. Only 1 rose, which were supposed to have 10. It is Thursday May 14, and the secind bouauet NEVER arrived to my m8ther-in-law! Making hubby and I look like asses because she never received anything for Mother's Day from us! I tried calling and emailing them on the Monday, they didn't answer me back until today. After 5 hours I finally got ahold of some on live chat who saud they will open up an investigation to see where my delivery is and a msnager will e-mail me back. I said no, I want to csncel my order and want my money fully refunded. I said I want to talk to a manager now. They ghosted me. I finally got an email this morning saying almost a week later they are still on the truck due to courier error. Tgey will resend me another bouquet or other flowers of equal value. If not, they will give me a credit to purchase flowers in future. They will not give me my money back. The exact ssme thing happened to my best friend. She also received chocolates that were expired on a previous order. I have contacted Better Business Bureau. Stay away!
My order was exactly as ordered and delivery driver was courteous. I was apprehensive because I had heard of customers being extremely disappointed on the condition of their order but as mentioned we were extremely satisfied ours was as ordered.
Delivered a day late, online help was very slow. Waited 30min for an agent. But good prices! Now Am using it for my mother in-law!
The flowers ended up arriving on the Saturday which was great - so my wife was surprised and way better than coming a day late

By coincidence, I both received and gave flowers from bloomex's this week. Both arrangements were gorgeous, really different from each other and not at all the same usual thing you see. The one I sent was a designer's choice and it was interesting and very evocative of spring. It was incredibly easy to order online.

Bloomex Flowers are absolute my favorite florist. Every time I have used them for flowers for my wife she is totally blown away and the whole office buzzes about them. I think they are worth every penny.
This is my first time ordering flowers online and I was a bit scared because of what my friends and family had told me about ordering flowers online because wouldn't come as the picture described but Bloomex cleared all my doubts. When my wife received them she sent me a picture and it came out perfect. Flowers were full and beautiful, vase was as advertised, as well as the cookies and card. The whole package couldn't have been better. I was very pleased with my purchase as well as my wife. I will definitely use this company again.
They charged me $20 for delivery and my order came says late. It also came lacking A DOZEN roses! So I paid $100 for 12 late roses.
Oh and they'll never answer your calls or emails.
Would never order from theses guys again. I ordered 6 days ahead for Mother's Day. They took my money but never delivered the flowers. So disappointed. Trying to get ahold of someone is like pulling teeth. When you make a mistake how you handle the aftermath means a lot. Live chat never worked either.

Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day, what I ordered and what I received were two completely different things. Very disappointed with what I received, none of the flowers I ordered were in the bouquet I had delivered, I also paid extra money for the deluxe size and the amount of flowers that were delivered was disgusting, for the price you pay and it being a "professional" florist you would expect a lot more. To top that off I paid for the deluxe gift box and my flowers were just thrown in there and most looked like they were on there way to become wilted. Would not order from this company again. I tried contacting customer service and no reply. I will attach photos of what I ordered vs what I got delivered.
I normally do not write reviews, but I felt I had to warn others. My kids ordered flowers for me to be delivered on Mothers day. They told me they were emailed a delivery notce at 8:30 p.m. No one knocked or rang the doorbell, but I did check my front porch & did not see anything. I found a small bunch of flowers this morning in the dirt of my front garden behind a flower pot. Is this the way you deliver? The flowers were a disappointment too. Flowers were snapped right off, and they were not even close in value or picture of what they ordered. Not even a real card to go with the flowers? I told them it was the thought that counts. Do you always overcharge people for poor product and service? If I could give a 0 or minus star rating, I would!
I ordered a gift basket with a week in advance to make sure that it was delivered in time for my friend's birthday. I understand that I made a typo on her phone number, but at soon as I realized that (in the early hours of the delivery date - Monday, May 4th) I called and fixed that mistake. I was told that the package would be delivered on the same day, and here we are a week later (May 11) and I received an e-mail saying that I was going a $44.79 credit from an order that cost me $61.58 because apparently they gave up on delivering. I had to call daily trying to understand what was going on, and the lack of internal communication left me flabbergasted. I got so many false information it's unethical. For instance, on Thursday (7th) I received an email saying that the gift basket had been delivered on May 5th - a lie. I called my friend, she spoke to everyone in her house, and no one received anything! I asked over and over what the issue was since I kept receiving the information that no one was home and that she wasn't answering her phone number. Guess what, we're all quarantined, stuck at home every single day, and my friend did not receive any phone calls. Now, not only am I losing about 20 bucks, but I am stuck with a company that I don't trust and that I have no interest in buying from ever again. It feels like they are taking advantage of a situation where we are all extremely vulnerable and I'm appalled.
I placed an order for today so I had the Mother's Day Basket for my Mom for tomorrow. I order a nice floral arrangement in a basket. I also order a $20 bouquet for myself for my living room. Well I received $20 bouquets and no floral basket. I have been contacting them via phone, email and online chat and no one answers or they can't answer where the basket is. I now don't have a gift for my mother for Mother's Day tomorrow and I paid $50 for the arrangement and instead have been sent a $20 sad bouquet. I should have not given BLoomex another try as a few weeks ago for my daughters birthday I ordered a gerber bouquet (her favorite) and instead she received a completely different bouquet with not even one gerber. They didn't even inform me of this. I sent an email and was told they ran out of gerbers and this was the option. They said they would give me a $20 store credit but didn't receive is as of yet. Do not waste your money purchasing from Bloomex as you will end up with the wrong order and then wasting your time trying to contact someone to fix it and receive no response.
I ordered a bright, supersized and colorful bouquet of flowers... I received tulips and some unopened flowers. The whole reason for ordering this arrangement was for the color and variety. It was supposed to be thick and filled with that green stuff. I paid USD $100 for those tulips and truffles! They said they ran out of stock... and yet they took my full payment anyway. If they told me they couldn't fill my order I would have found another arrangement or gone elsewhere. They told me that their "substitute" was within their policy. You can clearly see the difference from the pictures.
