I have been waiting since May 14th for an upgraded complimentary repeat order because of receiving poor quality flowers. Bloomex promised me this resend order. I am still waiting and it is the evening of May 19th. The first order was sent from Ottawa 5 hours away so was several days getting to me and flowers were in poor shape. I live 1 hour from Toronto. I am now wondering if my flowers are sitting with courier dying. Very disappointed. Would appreciate hearing why Bloomex makes a promise and doesn't carry it out. Very difficult to get answer from Customer Service

Used them to send flowers to a relative in Australia and at checkout got charged $89 but when I got my credit card bill it was in US dollars costume an extra £33.00. Why pay in USD on an Australian site? Customer services no good, just say it's in the small print. Will never use them again.
I live in Switzerland and ordered flowers for my mother in Canada. Unfortunately I forgot that last year Bloomex delivered the 4 days late as well. What an incompetent company! This year after Mothers day had come and gone I wrote numerous emails and had chats with Bloomex and got nothing but a runaround. Bloomex are cheaters.
I can't attach a photo as the flowers were never delivered. They will not return phone calls and emails are automated. Will never deal with them again.
They failed to deliver and then did not inform me until it was too late that they would deliver 2 days later. I tried to contact them and could not. And then the tuesday they did not deliver at all, sent a refund and told me at 6:30pm, so again I couldn't fix the problem. It is now thursday and i have heard from no one regardless of my 3 emails and phone calls where no one answers. I have left messages and no response. They also delivered another one of my orders on the wrong day. Worst customer service ever! Also i forgot to mention that i ordered them 2 weeks plus before Mother's day...

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
