I was really amazed with the service by Bloomex I ordered the flowers for my Fiancee the day before valentines, fully not expecting them to come, there was a little hickup when i called the next day to check with florist and they could not do it and explained it was not direct 2 florist fault due to computer errors, however when i called i got through quickly and they had already got another florist and they got delivered that day by 6pm, I was over the moon and cant thank them enough for pulling out the stops. Very grateful
On June 1/2020 I places an order for flowers for a funeral, beautiful in blue, with a vase and card I also bumped the order up the the largest they sell, two days later the order came, vase broken card crumpled at the bottom of the box, and the tips of the lilies turning brown not to mention not 1 blue flower in the bunch? Sent back was told it wasn't blooms fault, but they would send out another as it wasn't my fault either, 2 more days pass and still nothing 3 emails and 2 phone calls and I was told on Friday night at 4pm they have no flowers in stock and will send them out next week Tuesday at the earliest, The funeral was over on Wednesday and the lady on the phone said to me, I don't know why you are mad at me it's not my fault. I asked how would you feel? I feel like a complete idiot for putting my trust in an online flower company, what am I supposed to say 1 1/2 weeks later when I show up with the flowers that's if they even come.! I asked for the manager and was told managers only communicate by email.! $80 gone no flowers and when I said I want my money back they had the nerve to say you can have store credit.! R u kidding me.! So here I sit without flowers, vase and card and out my $80... I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, please look into This company before you order From them especially if it's for something so significant as a funeral. Before my review they only had a 3.5 * I wish I had looked into them before I placed my order. Once bitten twice shy!
I ordered a sympathy basket last May 16 to be delivered on May 20. May 20 came so I called them to confirm if it was already delivered and told me that they have to use a different courier and they will deliver them on Thursday. Thursday came, they still haven't delivered. I called them and they told me that they will deliver next week on a Wednesday or I will get my money back. Wednesday the following week came, I called them, they hang up on me. I chat with them and emailed them, still haven't delivered them. Finally, I beg them to communicate with me or I will have to get my money back. Friday came, they finally decided to refund my money. They haven't prepared it for 10 days or scheduled it for shipping. I cannot understand why these people just refuse to communicate with customers. I called 2x a day, emailed 2x and chat 2x but they refuse to answer me back, they only answered back because they were so sick and tired of hearing from me. Never order from this company ever. Avoid them by all means.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
