I order flowers for my friend today and paid for same day delivery by 6pm. It is 6:28pm and the flower did not arrived. I called around 4:30 pm and they told me not to worry, the flowers would be delivered by 6pm.
I called again at 6:18pm and they told me that maybe by 8pm they would deliver the flowers but not for sure.
They told me that they are not able to locate the driver name, they don't have this information and a someone would contact me in 1 hour or more to let me know where the flowers are and when would be delivered. I paid for the service, and they didn't provide it.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM.
Ordered these flowers (cool breeze) for a friend who was absolutely delighted with them. They were even more stunning than the photograph online. Delivered when promised and emails kept me updated on delivery. Would definitely order from here again.

Wonderful. The florist called me not long after I'd put the order in to let me know a particular flower was unavailable and to work with me to sort out an alternative. Also loved receiving the confirmation of receipt email - a brilliant addition to the service.
Excellent service as I had left it very late to organise my sisters birthday flowers. Next day delivery and absolutely lovely selection of flowers which were greatly appreciated. I received a message with a picture of the display too, which I thought was a nice touch.
Faultless, professional service from start to finish. The recipient of the flowers wasn't at her office (as it had closed early), and the florist ensured that she was contacted promptly in order that she got her beautiful flowers. Will definitely use again. Can't recommend highly enough.
The flowers were lovely and my request that some freesia be part of the arrangement was honoured. The flowers were the last I shall ever send to my sister. They were for her funeral. I had put off ordering them and Flowerzone delivered them with very little notice. I am very grateful.

We ordered these flowers online from Australia for family living in Norfolk. Being at the end of winter, we suspect fewer flowers are less available than at other times in the year, nonetheless our family was absolutely thrilled with the arrangement and delivery was prompt as well. Thank you - we will order from again in the future!
I would never order flowers through Bloomex again, and strongly advise other not to either due to the following issues which occurred with my order:
1. I wanted to send flowers to a friend during quarantine, but her condo was closed to visitors, so I provided detailed contact instructions for the delivery, which are common for flower deliveries and during Covid-19 circumstances.
2. Bloomex processed my payment (took my money) without telling me they wouldn't provide the service I requested in my instructions. If they couldn't follow my instructions, they should've informed me and I would've immediately cancelled my order.
3. Because the instructions were not followed, the recipient did not receive her flowers until much later, when they were found by someone in the spot they were randomly placed. The box had her phone number on it, but she was not contacted (as I instructed in my order). Therefore, when she finally got it, the flowers were dead.
4. The system did not notify me of the delivery. If it had I could've fixed this, and notified my friend myself when they were delivered.
5. I tried calling Bloomex multiple times and left many voicemails asking about the order. They never called me back.
6. When I found out what happened, I requested a refund and they denied any refund and did not apologize. They have the worst customer service I've ever received.
Again, I won't ever order through Bloomex again, and I'd strongly advise your to think twice before ordering through them. Consider a local florist who needs the business and will take care of your order.
This was the first time I'd ordered flowers online and was nervous as I knew nothing about the florists. The flowers were for a friend whose going through breast cancer so they needed to be the best and they were. Delivered on time and my friend was delighted. I couldn't of been more happy with both the service and the quality of the bouquet. Would definitely recommend
Great service- I ordered from Australia for delivery in the UK. You get to choose a Florist in the area of delivery, view all their floral displays with prices in your currency so you know what you're ordering and how much it's going to cost you. The florist I chose arrived on time and the bouquet was exactly as it was pictured on the website. Very happy will use this again.
Having given hardly any notice for next day delivery, these florists came up trumps. Perfect flowers for a funeral, fresh and the colours where such a celebration of life. Fresh flowers meant to last with such a beautiful smell. I have used several other companies but nothing compares to Bloomex! I can honestly say a big thank you to everyone concerned and will definitely be purchasing more
I came across Bloomex as I searched the web looking to send flowers to Guernsey as I live in mainland UK and did not know which provider would be best. The website was easy to navigate and gave me options of florists that could deliver to my recipients address. I was informed when the delivery was completed. The recipient was very pleased with both the flowers & the balloons. Good service at a good price!
Ordering from australia the time difference of 11 hours caused us a small problem, This was quickly solved by contacting the florist directly. We ordered as a guest and so our confirmation email was sent to junk mail. We contacted Gareths florists and they quickly confirmed our order, they delivered at 08:50 am and sent email of the flowers which were very well presented. We were delighted with the quality and service provided by Gareths florists. Five stars. Les.
My parents sent me some flowers as a surprise, and they are truly beautiful. Healthy, fresh, vibrant flowers and very well presented in a box with water bag and bow. Also came with a hand written card with my parents message on, leaflet about the company, plant food and a card for the local florist who prepared my flowers. It was a nice touch knowing which local florist had made the bouquet. I have used Interflora previously when ordering flowers, but now I will be looking at Bloomex first.
Have to say I've used Bloomex many times now and I've not had a bad experience. Every florist that's been used has been 10 out of 10... my son & daughter. In. Law have just moved into 1st home, I send flowers, they were out, florist left basket with next door neighbour and left card for my son. (another florist (not Bloomex) just dumped them under a polythene cover with no note, survice to say dead flowers found.) Will never use anyone other then Bloomex now as their web page is easy use and service is great.
My brother ordered 1 dozen roses for our mother (who lives in Fredericton, NB) for Mother's Day. Bloomex delivered white daisies in place of the roses and did not notify us. We only realized the substitution was made after we saw a photo of the delivered flowers. After reporting this to Bloomex, we were told the substitution was due to a shortage of the flowers of our choice. They offered a $20 gift certificate towards our next purchase. I refused and requested either a full refund OR 1 dozen roses be delivered to our mothers. After weeks of hounding Bloomex, the roses were eventually delivered. And sadly they lasted all of 3 or 4 days. I will NEVER use Bloomex again and I will advise other people to follow suit.
I paid $75 for deluxe flowers and a vase to be delivered on the 15th June, 18th June they decide to deliver no vase and flowers that I did not order. Customer service is a joke, chat is a joke. All they keep saying is 15% off your next order that I will never place as they have not given me what I paid for.

I wish i would have read reviews i would have never tried they charged more than showed online, i tolerated that they were suppose to deliver flowers yesterday but no update till now.
