These are the most cold hearted service I have ever used. They promise same day delivery but you will get the flower after a week time. The customer care executives never care about our order. All they need is money in their pockets and after that no service from them.

I ordered a fruit basked called European Sampler - a basket with 10 beautifully arranged fruit pieces in a basket with handle and bow. What I got was a small square basket with 10 pieces of fruit literally thrown in and freely rolling around - not nicely packed and arranged as on the webpage and not a handled, attractive container as promised, If customers are to order by picture and basically sight unseen, the order must be filled accurately. It was not! The basket received belw was no where near worth the $50 we paid!
Neither I nor my daughter will ever use Bloomex again - the disappointment was huge.

We ordered flowers on Wed. For Thursday delivery to our daughter in Edmonton. We called on Thursday when no flowers appeared - they admitted to writing down the wrong address but made no attempt to call us or the recipient to check address. We called again on Friday when no flowers arrived - of course they had taken our money on the day of the order and their policy is no money back. They promised Saturday delivery with a cheap box of chocolates to compensate us for the delay and hours on the phone. Late Saturday the flowers finally arrived with no advance phone call to our daughter - the flowers were wilted and damaged but out daughter was able to salvage a bouquet with some culling and pruning. Of course our daughter was involved from day 2 ruining any hope of a surprise delivery.
They sent the wrong flowers, on the wrong day, at the wrong time, and refuse to give a full refund. I called many times, and they agreed to refund $4 out of $90.
Ordered two arrangements of flowers and they turned out completely different than the photos on their website even after inquirying about specific size upgrades how they would turn out. Called customer service to confirm details to the order and they very rudely hung up on me after I requested a few points be added into my order. They got charges wrong on my credit card, and am now having to go through to dispute them. Stay away, not worth the trouble.
I ordered The Afternoon in the Garden (supersized) with teddy bears and chocolate for a same day delivery and was assured that it would be delivered the same day. The flowers were not delivered until 5 days afterwards and the arrangement that was delivered did not resemble the one that I had ordered in anyway and none of the extra items that I had ordered with the flowers were sent. They even wrote the wrong message on the card so the person I sent them to didn't even know that it was me that had sent the flowers. I contacted the company and after many emails and phone calls I was credited $30.00 on a $200.00 flower order.

I live in Indianapolis and I ordered flowers for 10 separate people at one delivery location in St Jerome Quebec. I was told by the clerk that he had to do 10 separate orders. I went to pay for the flowers with a Canadian debit card that I have, but they refused to take it because I didn't have a Canadian address. I gave the clerk a US credit card. He told me that the charges would show in US dollars. This is nothing new. Any foreign transaction shows as a charge in US dollars after the exchange rates are applied. Or so I thought. What the clerk was really trying to tell me is that whatever the Canadian dollar charge is, they charge it in US dollars. In other words, they are charging you about 35% more solely because you are an American.
I refused to accept these charges as the amount that I was going to be charged had not been properly explained to me. I told the clerk I would not accept this and I told him to cancel the orders. He said he would, but that there is a $25 cancelation charge, PER ORDER. Can you believe this. Their Fleece Squad is good.
I contacted their customer service. They told me that this is their normal practice to fleece Americans and that it is written in their terms and conditions. After I threatened to dispute the charges with my credit card company because this hadn't been properly explained to me, they agreed to refund the exchange. I sent them an email listing the 10 order confirmation numbers and the amount that should be credited back to me. They replied to me that I could only submit one order at a time and that subsequent orders could not be disputed until the first one was resolved. In other words, they started their screw the customer offense, most likely hoping that I would go away.
To top things off, in my persistence, I discovered that my order did not have to be written up as 10 orders and that I should have only been charged for 1 delivery fee. They tried to fleece me again but when everything was said and done, they reluctantly refunded me US $155.07 that they had tried to steal in excess delivery charges.
They still owe me US $100.66 in exchange and I will initiate a dispute with my credit card company to get this back. They obviously have trained their staff to make refunds as hard to get, as possible.
I have attached pictures confirming the 9 delivery overcharge refunds and Bloomex's commitment to refund me the exchange.
AGAIN If you are an American thinking of using Bloomex in Canada STAY AWAY. I don't want you to have to go through a fleece attempt like they tried to pull on me.

Absolutely pathetic, ordered flowers Thursday for Saturday am didn't arrive, so i called got through after 8 calls, got sorry we'll get them by Monday I said no thx. Told me I'd get refunded, I call again same crap told me they'd wave delivery fee I said xxxx off. Im sure the people u talk to r sitting on a mountain in Columbia never ever again they r the worst

I ordered flowers for my SIL in Yellowknife but the flowers were never delivered and Bloomex didn't contact me. I contacted them when I discovered that the flowers weren't delivered. After taking several days to "investigate", they informed me that Yellowknife is remote so they can't deliver flowers but they could deliver a basket. (If I wanted a basket, I would have ordered a basket.) They then changed the status of my order back to paid. If they don't deliver to Yellowknife, why did they take the order? Once the took the order, why didn't they contact me when they decided they couldn't deliver the flowers? Once I contacted them, why did they not give me an immediate refund?
