Five stars, emailed the florist as my friend receiving the flowers had a hospital appointment, I didn't know what time so asked if they could deliver them early morning or late afternoon. They delivered them early and manage to catch my friend before her appointment, many thanks
Sent the order in the morning and the flowers were with the recipient the same day. Bloomex kept me updated via email about the progress of my order including when they had to transfer to a different florist. The recipient was happy with the flowers. Would use this company again.
I ordered flowers with Bloomex last year and opt for the $10 full upgrade. Not only did the flowers not come full but it came looking completely different from the description. I was not expecting the exact same but at least a similar look and feel, but it looked like something completely different. This year I asked them about it and they said they must have made a mistake and sent the wrong flowers (after I showed them the pictures) and guaranteed that their flowers are always top quality and to rest assured on my next order so I did. Just take a look at the pictures and you can be the judge of it's authenticity. Zero quality control. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a gigantic fruit basket for my mom. I realized the fruits may vary but they guaranteed 24 pieces. There were 12 pieces total. I wrote 3 separate emails to *******@bloomex.com to no avail. DO NOT USE. Awful

The flowers arrive 35 days late. I ordered on October the 13 for my mom's birthday, her birthday was October the 14 I paid extra for one day shipping, and she got the flowers today November the 18 it's over a month late. Shameful. I Never use this site again.

Ordering has never been easier! Flowers delivered the next day, as promised, even though I ordered very close to midnight the day before. My friend loved the flowers and they are still blooming now (days later). Would definitely recommend using this service to friends and family.

Ordered from Vancouver BC and they delivered to my aunt's house the next day in Hayling Island UK. Great job and the flowers looked exactly like the ones online. They also send you an email with a picture of the bouquet when they deliver which was really nice to see. Great overall!

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
