Wish I could leave 0 stars!. This is the Worse company I've ever dealt with! First they sent the wrong flowers, not at all what had been ordered, not the same colors, not the same quantities. My flowers were delivered late at night 8:34 pm! - but they kept saying they had been delivered hours earlier! - a LIE!. The box smelled like a dirty ashtray! Tried contacting them via Phone - Good luck! - and via Chat - a REAL joke!. They offered to re-send flowers for free - with a HUGE FREE up-grade. Well 3 days later. Still waiting!... nothing yet!. Nothing! - waiting here, once again, on chat, to have this resolved. And nothing... So please Stay away from this company, support local florist shops, you'll get much better service then this company, which I think is a Scam!... wish I could add pictures of the pitiful bouquet I received, not even fresh flowers. Some had already turned brown upon arrival of the bouquet and the little balloon that came with it was semi-deflated! And please keep in mind, LOUSY customer service, NO help whatsoever... you can't even get to speak with someone on the phone!... right there this should raise a red flag... Oh! - update. As of today, December 18th... as per the agent in live chat. I got this really funny response!. "I suppose. You'll be getting them today". I suppose!... what great customer service Bloomex!... really!. It's a joke!

I ordered flowers for my moms birthday to be delivered the next day- which I paid additional $20 for. At about 5 pm, I received an email saying flowers delivered, so I asked my mom to look outside- no flowers. I phoned bloomed, they said they would look into it. The next morning I looked at my email, at 2 am I received an email saying the flowers were delivered! It was minus 10 degrees outside. Sure enough the flower were there... and frozen. I tried contacting through email and phone, but no one got back to us.

My mother called Bloomex and ordered yellow and pink roses to be delivered to me for my birthday. What I received was a Christmas basket instead! My mother contacted Bloomex and their response was that as per their substitution policy online (my mom didn't order the flowers online!), they can substitute your order for something else. This would have been well and good if the substitute flowers were similar to what was ordered, however, they were not! Furthermore, the person that took my mom's order never bothered to disclose this policy. Had she known, she would have contacted a different flower shop. Never again will she (or I) use Bloomex to send flowers. Also, please note, I called asking for assistance in this matter and the woman who took the call was extremely rude!

I ORDERED THE DESIGNER SYMPATHY COLLECTION I BOUQUET AS YOU SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE, WHICH IS A BEAUTIFUL PRESENTATION OF A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT FLOWERS. WHEN I GOT TO THE FUNERAL HOME, ALL I SAW WAS A BUNCH OF WHITE DAISIES THAT WERE THROWN INTO A VASE, ALL BUNCHED UP, NOT EVEN BEAUTIFULLY PLACED ATLEAST, NO EFFORT AT ALL. A TOTAL WASTE OF $$$. WHAT AN EMBARRASSEMENT... HAD I KNOWN, I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED FROM BLOOMEX AT ALL, PICTURES THEY SHOW ARE NOT WHAT THEY DELIVER, LEARNED A LESSON, NEVER AGAIN. WHAT A SCAM! HOW DARE YOU TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS THIS WAY, WITH ALL THAT IS GOING ON IN 2020. SHAME ON YOU!

I ordered a fruit basket for my son-in-law's parents in Calgary, Canada. When I placed the order I left 2 contact numbers with Bloomex to ensure a safe delivery of fresh fruit. Delivery was on December 12,2020. The delivery person didn't call either number and just left the basket at the end of the driveway IN THE SNOW! The fruit froze and so my son-in-law's parents tried to call Bloomex several times but could not get through so they tossed the fruit in the trash. I found out the following day what had happened from my son-in-law as his parents were too embarrassed to tell me. I immediately called customer service, which is impossible to get through to. I left three messages and no one called me back. The only way I could get through to customer service was through chat. The representative on chat told me that I had to provide pictures of the frozen fruit or they could not help me. I am in North Carolina, United States and my relatives are in Calgary, Canada. There is no way that I can get pictures of the fruit that has been tossed in the garbage. Now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company. BUYERS BEWARE... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I recently placed an order (Dec. 5) for one of their small Christmas trees to be delivered on Dec. 9. When I didn't get a call from the recipient at the end of the day on Dec 9th I went into my account to check the status. It said "in packaging". It had not been sent out for delivery. No email from Bloomex to update me. I immediately contacted *******@bloomex.ca. My order still has not been delivered (now Dec 10). I would advise NOT ordering through this company. They also have not even offered to REFUND even just the delivery fee. I would not give any stars! Worst customer service.
