I approached Bloomex after another florist let me down for a Xmas delivery having promised they would deliver. With a 24 hour window the flowers were delivered with no hassle and it was confirmed via a text. Would recommend without hesitation.

I was nervous about ordering flowers on line - I am from South Africa. I definitely need not have worried. The flowers were exactly what we ordered, delivered on time and lasted really well. Thank you for making a family golden wedding special.

Excellent service, great value for money with less commissions than other relay companies so recipient receives more value for your money spent. If yiu want flowers sent anywhere in the world then you have to choose the team at Direct 2 Florist.

1st time using Bloomex. Although they could not do same day delivery as promised, I was refunded the same day fee. I was called shortly after by Bloomex that my same day delivery was not possible and would deliver and provide a vase and a flower count upgrade. Flowers were received very fresh, with a vase on the date they said they were to arrive. Very happy customer and recipient!

This basket was filthy dirty! The items in the basket dirty of dust and filth. The gift card purchased you can see who ever put it together finger prints like black ink all over it! Gift basket wrapping done horribly. Paid for a balloon that wasn't included, the number of items were short, I can't imagine they have any COVID19 protocol considering how dirty this basket and the items in it are, the flowers were wilted and damaged like someone stepped on them. Why would I give this to a loved one? What a complete waste of money and to top it off it was late... can't get a refund from this company. How is Bloomex even allowed to operate with such inconsiderate people in their office. What a cluster f*#%! Don't buy from Bloomex unless you want upset your loved ones. Disgusting
