Worst experience ever. I ordered flowers to be delivered at 8:30 this morning over the phone and confirmed they deliver to Alliston, Ontario. At 3:00pm I received an email that they cannot deliver because it is out of their delivery zone. I called to request a refund, the rep said he put my refund through. One hour later I receive an email that the flowers are being delivered the next day! By that time, I already ordered from another florist and when I called they said I cannot cancel. Unbelievable poor customer service. They simply do not care. They offered no resolution. First they send me an email that unfortunately they do not deliver to that area, so I said ok well then cancel, issue a refund. An hour later, an email arrives that my order is being delivered next day. No one cares, they just pass you around and hang up on you.
No refund on delivery was ever offered to me. This was a very stressful experience. Save yourself frustrations and use a different florist
I ordered 100 Blooms for next day morning delivery. They arrived in the morning. When I opened the secure box they arrived in, I must admit I felt disappointed. By evening they were exquisite and even now they cheer me up as soon as I see them in these lonely times. Thank you Bloomex. For me, you are essential. This is how beautiful they are now. BEAUTIFUL
I ordered a gourmet hamper and was sent a lot of cheap substitutes. Absolutely NOTHING like the advertised item nor items from their advertised list. Getting nowhere with customer services. Finding lots of bad press online which I wish I had seen before ordering. Will never use again. Absolute scam. Pictures are what I ordered and what was sent. Allegedly valued at $100 plus postage.
This is the second time that Bloomex have not delivered my flowers on time. Yet they accept the order and then send a note to say that they cannot deliver to the address I have on the order. This was for Christmas and Easter. I am sorry but they have spoilt my flower surprise to my 81yr old aunt twice and it is most disappointing. They need to check the address and do not continue to accept a booking if they cannot make the delivery so the customer can go to another supplier to get their flowers delivered on time. This needs a policy and computer system change.
Very dishonest company. I purchased flowers in the USA for a funeral in Canada recently, and the charges for the flowers were in Canadian Dollar. I thought when I received by credit card bill the final amount would be adjusted to the equivalent of USA $. The lady from customer service said that they charge the same for the arrangements it does not matter if you are paying with USA or Canadian credit card. As of today 1 Canadian $ equal 1.26 USA $. To make matters worse, the flowers that was received looked nothing like what was shown online. I send in a picture to customer service of the flowers received and the compensation that was extended to me for the incorrect flowers was $20 credit to future order. Do you think I would purchase flowers again from Bloomex, HELL NO. You can keep the $20 credit. Once bitten twice shy. Very shady establishment.
I placed an order, bouquet on line looked beautiful, I upgraded the size. Bloomex is quick to take your money, then they don't deliver the flowers! They said they had delivered when they did not. After calling customer service, 2 hours later, a van rolled up with a crappy bouquet of flowers, they looked horrible and nothing like the bouquet I ordered. This delivery missed the significant event it was intended for and was totally substandard. Customer service will not listen to you, I sent an email, no response until I called again. Bloomex; s response - they reserve the right to change the bouquet you have selected, it's in the small print. I say - this is a misrepresentation of product and an absolute rip off especially when the product they deliver is not the same appearance, size or value as what you ordered and paid for.
This company provided the worst service I have encountered in my 50 years on this earth. I will never use them again and I recommend if you ever need flowers for a special occasion never depend on this company.
I searched on Google for a reliable flower service to deliver flowers to my fiancé on Valentines day. I ordered 4 days before valentines. I subsequently received confirmation that two orders of roses were going to be delivered to my fiancé. They charged me twice smh. I called customer service to request to have one order cancelled. They were unable to do this as the driver had the flowers already. They did however provide me with the drivers number. I spoke to the driver on Valentine's day morning. He told me he had two sets of flowers to be delivered to my fiancé smh. I told him to deliver just one. 6:30 pm Valentines evening the flowers had not been delivered yet. I sent the driver a text at 8:30pm. He replied and said he was not able to deliver the flowers he would do it Monday? Absurd! After reaching out to customer service I received generic messages not addressing the issue. The repeatedly sent me messages saying they would do the delivery after Valentine's day. ABSURD! They did credit back the duplicate but yet to this date I have not received a refund even after sending customer service the multiple texts between me and the driver in which he said he would not be delivering.
I will never use the joke of a company again and I suggest if you are sending flowers to a loved one don't use this company they do not care about their customers as proven in this case. Remember when doing a Google search first listing is rarely the best listing as I have learned the hard way. What a disgraceful company
I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday over a week before the day. The company emailed about an address issue at 6pm the night before! I live in Scotland and we are 4 hours ahead, I responded right away but never heard back for 2 days with them saying my delivery was delayed. I've emailed a total of 10 times they've responded once back and once to a negative trust pilot review! Shocking. So my mother's flowers arrived today, wilted with crushed chocolates. This is because they sat on a couriers van since last Wednesday which is the day they should have been delivered. Don't waste your hard earned money! My order number was ******* if the company want to respond as they don't respond to emails
Ordered for my sister in Brampton who was recently hospitalized. Paid premium for a Saturday delivery.
She got the flowers on Saturday afternoon and said they were lovely. She sent me a pic. They were supposed to be in a jar but were delivered with a mason mug instead. I sent pics. I sent copies of my review(google) all to Bloomex customer service and customer reviews for the $5 refund. There have been 12 plus emails with them and they always say "can't see review", "review was removed", please provide link... etc... etc... They never rectified anything. And asked for pics but have never said anything about the mug. What a joke. What was a positive experience has since turned into a very "ugly" one. I will never order from them again!

I ordered an arrangement for my aunt who that is hospice care. I ordered on Thursday with a delivery on Sat. I called on Thurs and asked if I could change deliver to Friday. They said they would check and call back, but didn't. Then Sat morning they send a text and tell me they can't deliver until Tuesday and will give me an upgrade! I explained she was in hospice they said sorry nothing they can do. So I had to scramble around to find a florist in the town they live to get her an arrangement today. Do not use this company! Always go to a local florist in the town you're sending. So MAD
I ordered an arrangement for the funeral of my best friend. The arrangement is called Rose Garden Heart and very expensive given that as the name and picture imply it is made of roses. I paid before taxes and delivery fee $199.00 (according to the add at discount of $279). I was so disappointed and actually angry of what the arrangement they sent to my friend. It was far from what I paid, it did not have the heart shape, and I could count the roses. I felt taken advantage of, especially as the arrangement was for the mother of my friend. I imagine this is a common practice as people would not usually confirm what has been delivered, so not hard to get away with it. Although they tried to address my complain, they refused to return my money, regardless if the quality of the product is proven to be much inferior. They actually told me that "the arrangement was quite lovely and made with fresh flowers "Given their policy of no refund and of changing arrangements depending on inventory without asking or compensating for lost quality, or for additional profit, I would think twice before ordering from this store. See pics: I was led to believe that I was paying for a heart of roses; the real thing is a messy wrath with a few roses. They refused to return me the money in full and I ended up settling for $50. Thank you.
BEWARE! FALSE CLAIMS! ROSES ARE NOT FRESH, NOT LONG STEM and MOULD on them! I sent pictures to the customer service, THEY DONT CARE! They take your money and send you Garbage! Don't waste your money. I have never experienced such bad late delivery and horrible flowers. Never. Bloomex are scammers

So disappointed with Bloomex. Due to Covid my son has not been able to return home to the UK for nearly a year. Balloons were ordered for his birthday to make it special. I liaised on the morning of delivery to confirm that the balloons would be arriving that day - this was confirmed. Imagine my disappointed when I was advised early afternoon that there was no helium? An offer of a gift basket or flower replacement was given but if I had wanted these, I would have ordered them. No sincere apology for their error. I then had to insist on a refund rather than a credit note. Terribly customer service. Hugely disappointed customer.
Put my order for March 8. And it was not delivered. Did my order over the phone and salesman told me it will be delivered on March 8.
The flowers I received were wilted, thrown in the box with no protective wrapping with one sad paper maché. I immediately started life saving measures to try and save these sad flowers in time for my 6 year old to see them, the flowers she got for her birthday from her grand parents. I called to file a complaint and the lady automatically gave me the mail address where to send my picture with receipt number, her voice told me she was used to these calls and didn't really care. I sent the email and never got a response back. Crappy service and sad flowers.
I would just like to say, I am not pleased with their service. I ordered the smiling floral basket for my daughter, she did NOT receive that at all! She did not get any purple accents flowers, or a basket, there were NO daisies at all just big ugly yellow type flowers. ( i have the pictures to prove) When contacted, they are "allowed" to substitute, yes fine but at least substitute for equal or better value, don't downgrade the flowers to something even less then half the value.! I have used this company many times, they were great at the beginning but the more times i use their service, its gone down, this is the 3rd one in a row, that has not been satisfactory, the previous time just before, it was then very end of the intended delivery day, i contacted them ( 4 different times) and they told me my order was cancelled with no explanation... well thanks for letting me know! Once ok, but 3 times in a row, nope sorry never again, and all they care to do is give store credit? Really?

El pasado mes de enero, hice un pedido de flores para mi hermana por su cumpleaños, cual es mi sorpresa que entregaron un miserable arreglo que no corresponde con nada a lo solicitado, igual un globo todo desinflado, despues de varias llamadas con personal totalmente ineptos en su call center pidieron enviara de regreso el arreglo y me reembolsarian. Desde hace una semana tengo pruebas de quien recibio el paquete en su empresa, no contestan nunca los emails y al llamar dicen que no lo recibieron, Por Dios santo tengo pruebas de que si. Porfavor no es posible que en un pais de primer mundo tengan compañias que le roben a la gente su dinero!
This is the WORST company that I ever used. They sent the wrong flowers, I also pay for a vase and a balloon. No vase and Balloon was not inflated. The flowers were dried. Finally after many complaint calls they sent me the sticker to return them with Purolator. After a week that I returned them "in the frame time"bloomex HAVE NOT refunded the money to my credit card. I called today and I was informed that they denied the refund because they never checked that the flowers arrived to their office. I have the Purolator tracking information proving that they received them. Terrible customer service and flowers as well. Will not recommend this company. Still waiting for my refund...
Also I have to mention that the delivery guy left the box outside the house and never contacted the person receiving the flowers. Honestly they don't deserve even one star rating!.
