Mother's Day flowers arrived wilted, browning, petals falling off, not the flowers we ordered. Unarranged with an elastic band holding it together in a white grocery bag. We ordered a vase but that arrived lying on its side with no water. Bloomex not willing to give a refund. They said the photos we submitted - some with naked stems (flowers had been cut off by the "florist") were within keeping with their policies. I. e. They are comfortable with delivering dead garbage.
Great products, excellent support staff who make you feel like a values customer. I would have made it 5 stars, but on the last 2 deliveries, the flowers where a little beat up and only lasted about a week. Also we had sent my niece Jolene a boquet to mark the birth of her son, but they also arrived inpoor condition and died quickly. Careful! You're slipping!

I am pleased to share that the recipient contacted me already to let me know that the delivery was made and that she is very happy to receive the order. Although, the order did not arrive with the vase I ordered, I am not displeased with this as this was a long shot in my opinion to get resolved as requested. You have restored my confidence in Bloomex and will bring back all of my business and provide the internal recommendation to the bank I work for as a preferred merchant.
The flowers were beautiful, our only complaint is the white flowers were much more in bloom than the red and it looked a little weird.
Ordered flowers online and they didn't get delivered 2 days past scheduled delivery date. Despite that, I was not notified of the delay and online order tracker was indicating delivery happened on time - which means, their delivery guarantee is a joke. I only found out that it wasn't delivered by accident, asking the recipient if they got something special the day before and hearing awkward silence in response.
The agents in online chat were ignoring my inquiries, and it took me several attempts and some wasted time only to find out that they don't issue refunds (https://bloomex.ca/order-and-return-policy/). Flowers delivered days past the special occasion date are worthless, and they have no responsibility. Won't order from their website anytime again.
I ordered flowers from them in the winter. In the middle of the night, they were delivered and left on the porch. By the time I found them in the morning they were frozen solid. The customer service department made me jump through all kinds of hoops. Finally, they just stopped responding. They asked for a picture of the frozen flowers to send to their lab for verification. Not sure how you further verify something is frozen, but that is the one that stumped them and stopped hearing back from them.
However, after that, I posted a review on Trustpilot. Another sham of a company. Bloomex had my review taken down from there as well even though I had provided documentation of my issues.
I ordered some flowers to have delivered to my mom, they were late and also she had to rearrange the bouquet she said because alot of the flowers were dead and looks nothing like the arrangement I ordered, be aware people I was embarreded that my mom had to tell me this. This won't happen again!
So here's the question. Do you ignore social media reviews because it's just a bunch of cranky people or, do you check out if there are cranky people who reviewed a company you want to give money to?
In the case of Bloomex, read first. Every comment I found - after the fact - echoed my experience. Promised delivery. Didn't respond to calls. Ignored me on live chat. Didn't even respond to an email despite sending an automatic response saying "we'll get back to you within 24 hours". Oh and when the flowers do arrive they're squashed and not as described.
Buyer beware right? But guys, if you live in a different city than your 93 year old mother and you want to do something nice for her, do your homework. And no, I do not recommend Bloomex Canada.

Planned a special Mothers day at a Hotel
Ordered on the 5th of May to give lots of time, checked delivery was possible as i needed it delivered on the 8th.May.No show of flowers etc even after phoning and being told it was running late.
Got the first message from Bloomex at 7:14am on the 9th that they were in transit, another@ 8:40 am but we left@ 9:45 am with no flowers
Flowers etc showed up on 9th May at the hotel@ 1:40 pm. in such poor condition the hotel disposed of them the next day. Impossible to contact them after 1st phone call, chat will ignore you and has no answers for you.
Stay away from this company, look up a local company and phone them, at least if there is an issue you can reach someone. Still trying to get a refund.
If you value relationships with your loved ones, you will not use this service. They over promise and do not deliver. Bloomex customer service personnel (when you actually get to a live person and not a bot) appears to be trained to provide false information and continue to delay. I was consistently told that my flowers were "in transit" yet never received. I was given tracking numbers for 2 different couriers (for the same package?) – and when I contacted the first company they had no record of the tracking number and for the second courier company it was for a package that wasn't mine. And I was told that my matter was being investigated/escalated/referenced for a refund – yet none of these happened. Finally, they have the audacity to blame COVID - the pandemic is painful enough without this company leveraging it for their poor and non-existent performance. In short, this company is not to be used or trusted. I wish they would spend as much time making good on their promises as they do obfuscating, delaying and ultimately not delivering!
Flowers were still 'in transit' two days after they were supposed to arrive so I requested a full or partial refund via email. My request was totally disregarded. I have now left three voicemails and no one has returned my call. Flowers finally arrived and they are dying and hardly a bouquet. I just want a refund - I do not want another delivery or store credit - I would prefer to never interact with this company again. This is quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced. Please buy your flowers elsewhere.
The worst experience ordering flowers. I was told by 2 different employees that I had 3 options with my purchase, 11 minutes after placing an order
1) cancel and be charged $25
2) make any changes to the order, but be charged $10 if I take longer than an hour to make said changes
3) make those changes but if my edited purchase doesn't match the cost of the original I don't get refunded they keep the difference
No one actually tried to help me when I told them their site didn't note certain things with the specific order I put through. I mentioned I wanted to still send out an order but I needed to make adjustments and that's what they offered me.
Called and emailed, even tried the live chat but no one was ever there. They still haven't delivered flowers, but have stolen my money and ruined Mother's Day for my mom. Won't respond to anything and won't refund my money. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I have ordered on Mar 6 for flower and delivery on Mother's day Mar 9 (3 days ahead). However I did not receive it until 22:45 PM when everyone went on bed and quit waiting for the flowers. I have tried both live chat and call center but has no answer.
Contacted this morning and was informed since it was delivered there will be no refund, not even an apology. Your delivery policy is " Regular Delivery (Next Day) $14.99 Orders will be delivered between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. for residential addresses, and between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.?
I request a full refund and apology from Bloomex, and I will reserve any further action sin legal and social media.
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and the flowers that my mom received looked dead like they weren't in the water for hours. They were also completely different from what I ordered. All they told me was that the florist chooses the flowers of his/her taste even tho it's supposed to look like the picture. They were also literally dying and looked like they were worth 5$.
I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day and no one showed. My order status shows Delivered, but it was not. Their chat has been no help whatsoever. The agent told me he would look into it and he will be back. I waited half an hour for him to come back and he didn't. Left a message on the phone and they have not returned my call. I feel like I have been scammed.

Charged my Credit Card for morning delivery even though they knew they could not deliver in the morning, ignorant, arrogant Customer Service agents, "What would you like me to say" was all they could say, no answers to where my flowers were or what time delivery was to be expected, joke of a company, never use again, stay far away from this company.
Worst customer service, first phone calls never work, second live chat is not helpful and says the same $#*! everytime. Can't get me a refund. They don't reply my email. Biggest scam. DONT EVER BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM.
