My mothers 92nd birthday and flowers haven't arrived. So sad.So the update- Bloomex responded promptly- are making amends appropriately via the charges. The hurricane that won't end in Florida is causing all sorts of shipping issues including flowers. Now my mother will have a post- birthday treat!
Love this site. Have ordered numerous times and have always been satisfied with the flowers. Easy site to Navigate but best of all the flowers are super fresh and they are Environmentally mi ded about their growing and shipping methods. 100% satisgied.
Overall a great experience, flowers always fresh and last for days, we really enjoy them. I find that the website where you purchase the flowers to be confusing. On more than one occasion I thought I ordered the deal of the day or whatever you call the it which for me is double blossoms only to find out when they get here I didn't. We totally enjoyed the flowers!

I placed an order for next day delivery, they confirmed it would be delivered to the address and then sent it through a courier that does not deliver to the location and is 2 hours away to collect, which the flowers would be dead by then. It's been non stop lies from the company since trying to get it dealt with and they are refusing to refund. Worst costumer service. I would not recommended using them.

Still delivered during the pandemic brought smiles to my sister miles away. I like the way your floral subscription is set up it allowed me to stop at it anytime, make changes to the receiving party, types of flowers, etc. I'm not locked into anything.? In fact I decided to have the flowers come to me now! Nice work looking forward to seeing the bouquets myself
Nice flowers. They are pretty but expensive. The bouquets seem comparable to what I can sometimes get at my local grocery store. I really like how customizable the monthly deliveries can be - it has been very nice to send flowers to friends and family during COVID.
Flower choices were as described but arrangement was smaller than expected and did not include a vase. Disappointed for the price paid

The tulips were beautiful, but no directions on how to care for them. I have previously bought roses and they have always arrived with instructions.
The roses that I got are the most beautiful roses I've ever seen! They are perfection! Even the leaves are green and beautiful! They smell wonderful too! I'm so pleased with my order!

Generally pleased with the flowers and user interface of the website. Recently encountered issues where FedEx wouldn't leave the package at the front door if no one was home. This is not what the shipping method dictates since it can be left without a signature. Not sure if a Bloomex or FedEx problem but needs to be clarified. Don't want flowers dying sitting in a warehouse even with two day delivery or inconveniencing the person to have to go pick up flowers - it ruins the romantic gesture.
I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. Ordered a bouquet and chocolates for my mother for Mother's day. No chocolates, the message was on the back of a coupon, the flowers smelled gross, were mushy and the box was full of petals that had fallen off.
I will also say my aister ordered a bouquet for my mother for her birthday last year from them and it was rotten as well.
They're advertising is false. What you order and what u get aren't the same, flowers either don't come at all or come late dead moldy nothing like what your ordered. They tell u its ok and refuse to sort the issue. Out. Checkout bloomex sucks with everyone's experience with the company.

If I could give a negative star it would be a 10. Flowers were nowhere near what they were advertised, communication was sent by a robot I am sure. Went from no responsibility to several ways to make amends. All I want is a refund. It was an embarrassment to have friends receive what should have been a nice C'mas present.
I followed up with the company... the initial response:
Dear Cathi, we were sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with what was received. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. While we understand the importance of having the selected arrangement delivered as described, unfortunately, certain issues may occur in the event of stock fluctuation. The florist did maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement. The arrangement seemed quite lovely and the flowers were fresh. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Bloomex Team
I think not. A refund was requested. Nope. Run. Do not use this company! Bloomexsucks is a well used Face Book site with many more horror stories. Do your research.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
