Your flowers are awesome. However, during a recent purchase I could not get clear advice on a order and consequently did not get what I wanted. I made it clear that what I wanted when I communicated with your assistance person but I kept getting different persons. I also was prepared to order flowers for mother's day but I could not update or switch order. I needed to cancel previous selections but could not. This needs to be fixed bc I had selected 3-4 Bloomex but only wanted to cancel 3 and purchase 1. I could not finalize order.
The Magestic deluxe flowers were lovely. I ordered the mason vase also but my recipient had to change to a bigger vase bc the mason was too tight. Wish the vases accommodated the bouquets according to size. Wasted $10 on adding a vase.

Horrible! Despite the pic we ve sent them showing the dead flowers delivered which are not the ones ordered, a $20 voucher offered to try to make it right! Avoid shame and embarrassment with family, friends or clients and save your money…go with anybody other company but them. They are a joke to stay polite…
Once arranged in a vase of water, they perk up right away. Chose the arrangement because it was unusual, but quite beautiful. Also liked the included instructions for flower care. (Would have liked review option to post image of flowers.)

I've been a member with Bloomex since 2017 and I have yet to find or make any complaints about this company, this has been the best flower delivery service I have ever seen and my wife loves the arrangements that she receives, on time and very fresh flowers each and every time thank you! For being so great.
I purchased a deluxe bundle of roses along with a teddy bear and chocolates, had it delivered to my Mom on Mother's Day. My mom received the roses, unfortunately, the roses were almost dead upon delivery. I phoned to complain, the representative informed me I could not get a refund, however they could resend the order at no cost. WELL it's been a month now and BLOOMEX still has NOT rectified the situation, even though I have called several times and sent various email. Management won't even return my calls. Its very disappointing that my mom received a bouquet of basically DEAD ROSES for Mother's DaY! BTW I was forced to chose a star for their rating... as far as I am concerned it should get a big fat ZERO

I received the bouquet as a gift. The quality of the flowers was extraordinary. I had the majority of the blooms seven days later — unusual for delivered flowers. The flowers arrived well packaged. Federal Express made sure I received the box and did not just drop it off. The quality of the flowers and the delivery form were excellent. I have since used Bloomex.com to send flowers twice as gifts.
Delivery is great & I don't order the vase. I feel that everyone already has a vase & another should not be thrust into the household. When I sent the flowers from Bloomex Company the recipient has texted me a photo of their beautiful arrangement. Now if only I could get my family to send me one!

I am looking at the most beautiful bouquet of the year that I just got. I instituted delivery of flowers to ourselves as a way to make these last months at home feel brighter. I am glad I did; it has felt somehow meaningful to remember the time that has passed--in recalling the different bouquets. They arrive in time to pick me up... every time. Also, I know they are eco, and that makes me happier. That they are not sprayed with youcky stuff counts a lot, too.
My wife ordered a "Bring On Spring Bouquet" which was advertised as an "arrangement featuring fresh cut pink Roses, yellow Asiatic lilies and lavender chrysanthemums" for my mothers 70th birthday. She also "supersized" it. When it arrived the roses and lilies were completely absent. The arrangement did not even appear to have extra chrysanthemums to make up the difference. I am not convinced it was even supersized compared to the picture.
Their policies say that "In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colours shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value". There were no pink or yellow flowers and the chrysanthemums present are the least expensive of the three types ordered. When I contacted customer service we sent pictures of the product and were told that the substitution was in line with their policies (which is incorrect). They offered us an instore $20 credit for $65 bouquet where the most expensive 2/3 of the flowers were absent. I requested a replacement or refund and was told it was not possible after speaking to several customer service representatives.

Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
