Love the different flower choices and that you can sign up for a flower subscription! Wish their regular size was a little bigger and that their artisial florist Bloomex were more readily available and not limited by location. Otherwise I have been super happy with their products and they are my go to company for online flower orders.
Everyone asks me where I get the flowers I send and I always tell them. They send me photos, which I share with my neighbors and friends. On Easter, I sent Snapdragons, and my mother and father couldn't wait to call me (and send photos) of TWO vases overflowing with gorgeous blooms. You NEVER disappoint!
I was the recipient of a Bloomex arrangement on November 8th. Several of the blooms are still beautiful, on December 6th! That was the only recommendation I needed to become a customer. Thank you for a beautiful and long-lasting product.

Overall, the Bloomex services were fair. At times the flowers were not fresh and lasted less than a week. Usually they were fresh and beautiful. The biggest issue I encountered was the online account management. Initially it was confusing to understand what the plans and pricing were. This improved marginally over the years of membership. Still it was never easy. The deal breaker and why I left Bloomex was the environmental cost meaning the flights from Ecuador, the heavy cardboard boxes and my concern for workers rights. Local supermarkets have flower for 25% the price, minus the cardboard and international shipping and unclear international labor policies behind the scenes. It is a company that seems to pursue a continuous improvement protocol and will probably get better over time.
I had two dozen roses sent to my girlfriend for her birthday. She loved them! She said they are beautiful, thank you! She sent me a picture and I have to agree, they are beautiful. Thank you Bloomex Co for making a special occasion extra special.
I have a regular subscription with Bloomex as a gift for my grandmother. She loves their flowers! In the past I have gifted my grandmother flowers from other florists--both local and online--and Bloomex is her preference. Some of Bloomex competitors, in my opinion, have more intricate floral arrangements. That being said, my grandmother has reported that the quality of the flowers, as well as the length of time that the bouquet survives, is better at Bloomex than any other company I've used. Quotes from our most recent phone call: I have never seen lilies this size in my life They must be from out of the country! They don't grow that large here you tell that florist that these are some of the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. Why not 5/5 stars? I gave Bloomex 4/5 starts for three reasons. 1--Simpler arrangements - Previously mentioned, is that I think some of their competitors (especially local florists, but some online also) have a wider variety of designs to pick from as well as more intricacy/style. That's just a personal opinion. 2--Lack of reminders of upcoming subscription order - With the subscription service, you get an order notification 7 days prior to delivery; however, you cannot edit your order within the 7 days prior to delivery. So if you wanted to make an edit to the order, you'd have to remember yourself to go to the website and make edits at least 8 days prior to delivery, otherwise Bloomex will choose a Bouquet for you. I would appreciate a reminder 1-3 days prior to the order being placed--that way I can still edit the order. I should mention that you can go to the website any time and make updates to your bouquets months in advance, but I don't like writing my messages on the card that far in advance. Additionally there is a chance of choosing more seasonal flowers if you update the order close the to date you send it. 3-Fewer arrangements available through subscription than through website - I have been sending flowers to my grandmother for two years now--off and on with Bloomex subscription services. I have in no way exhausted all of the available arrangements through the subscription, but I am starting to approach the limit on arrangements I think my grandmother would prefer without repeating some of them. What's irritating about this, is that there are more arrangements available on the website--they just are not available through the subscription service. Considering that subscription members are--in the long term--likely providing more money to the company than most customers, it's a shame that not all bouquets are available to them.
Placed two separate flower orders with Bloomex and had 100% outstanding experience from beginning to end! Both gift recipients raved about their flowers - absolutely fresh, fragrant, long lasting - PERFECT!
The Flowers were delivered prompt and just as advertised. I used a coupon for an additional discount and was able to purchase beautiful tulips, pink and white, which are one of my wife's favorite flowers. Instructions for care and set-up were included. No fuss to make the presentation perfect. It was such a hit that I will use them again for other occasions. Thank You

One of the best experiences we have had ordering flowers for special occasions. They put together a beautiful collection and the flowers were very fresh and lasted much longer than we expected. All in all no complaints.
The selection, style and quality of Bloomex arrangements are just 2000x better than all other online flower delivery company. Also, when my flower order arrived late they gave me a full refund BUT I still got to keep the flower when they did finally arrive.

Here lately I have found it pretty hard to give a company a 5 star review, not because I am a tough reviewer but because in some way there has been something wrong with my order or it was wayyy past the deliver date. I literally have zero complaints with the company or my order. Both sets of my flowers was delivered promptly and beautifully!
