I bought a flower bouquet for my friends' birthday. I specifically asked to make sure that the flowers were delivered at the unit as it was for a senior with mobility issues. The driver let the flowers at the lobby where there is no concierge and without even buzzing my friend! Not even mentioning that the service on the chat and over the phone is also rude! Whenever I was trying to track the flowers and asked the agent her name she hang up on me. Terrible customer service.

I Ordered designer collection, paid extra for the supersized bunch. Quoted minimum 15 stems of quality flowers. Received 1 rose, 1 lily and a spray of daisies, said it came from Coles the supermarket. How embarrassing. No refund given, to apologise they sent out (Apparently a hamper) no basket just some dollar items in a ridiculously oversized box. Wrong name. Etc etc 2nd photo is what was advertised.
The message was full of errors and stapled into the card.
This is the last time I ordered flowers online. The worst experience, flowers were not delivered to my friend as agreed it, the driver was rude on the phone. After 3 days of emailing and threatening she finally got the flowers dropped in front of the door.

Ordered flowers for a birthday. They arrived when opening the box the vase was smashed and the flowers were damaged and had glass pieces all over and in them. Was very unsatisfied and talked to customer service who would not refund me no matter what. Been talking to customer service for 5 days and still don't have a suitable solution. I honestly would not recommend Bloomex to anyone. It was a terrible experience and if you're order for anything comes with problems expect to just get F****d. Please don't just read my testament read all the others with terrible experiences. If the customer service was better I would've withheld my reviews. But I don't want good people out there getting ripped off
Flowersm were nice but my complaint is their delivery process and their written policy (guaranteed before noon). I specifically said in my order if flowers could not be delivered by noon to cancel the order. The flowers were to be delivered to a local restaurant for our anniversary lunch time. They never came and when I got home and I phoned the driver and he said he just picked them up at 1:00PM. How they could get them there by noon when the driver picks them up at 100 is well beyond me. I tried to contact them but was put on hold for a long time so I hung up. I will try an e-mail. To see what they are going to do about not cancelling the order. They processed my credit card.
Hands down one of the best eComm companies I have ever used. They have an amazing product, mission and stellar customer service. I will never stop shopping from this company!

A friend told me to try Bloomex and now this site is the only one I use to order flowers for people. Affordable flowers, coupon codes easily available/usable, easy-to-use site. Flowers get there when they say they will. I couldn't be happier that I found Bloomex!

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Nov 10 but because I entered an incorrect email, I didn't received the info that they couldn't be delivered due to the hurricane. When I contacted customer service, the representative was able to locate my order, inform me of the inability to deliver the flowers and immediately offered to help me select flowers that could be delivered the next day and correct my email address. I have ordered flowers in the past and they have always been beautiful and long lasting. Now I know they have excellent customer service as well. Thank you!
I have always been pleased with your product. Today the website - not so much. I requested a list of what was available to deliver on the 28th. 4 choices came up. I selected one and found out it was unavailable. I tried every choice and not available. Why did you make these the only choices? I picked something else, but I doubt that I will be back any time soon. That whole process took 20 minutes and no results. What I was able to choose was considerably more expensive.
I purchased the Queen of hearts with T-Mobile Tuesday $25 off discount but I had to place order three times because first two orders did not reflect the discount after order was placed so I had to canceled first two orders looks like unable to pay with Apple Pay only credit card for discount to apply. Sent to my best friend for her birthday it was delivered on time and beautiful she loves the roses.
Flowers arrived on time and in wonderful shape. The recipient loved them and said it was more than enough to make 2 bouquets!

I've ordered 100 roses for birthday present, they delivered 27. That's $110 wasted. They refuse to take it back and give money back, only offering $20 store credit. It's a joke, they say they didn't had enough and substitute it with different flowers. Maybe its 63 invisible roses that i dont see.

We sent a deluxe bouquet of roses to a friend who had recently suffered a very tragic loss of a child. She was so touched -- and sent us many photos of the flowers displayed in her home. They looked gorgeous! So pleased we used Bloomex. Our order arrived exactly when we asked (the day and time were important to this delivery) and just as they were pictured.
Customer service was notably excellent! Mary Ann was very helpful and made my experience very pleasant and easy! I will definitely use Bloomex in the future for all my flower needs.
