They charge me an outrageously high shipping fee but don't guarantee delivery on time nor quality. My order to My Mother In law (who lives in a difference province than we do) was delivered 3 days after the date I selected and paid for.
The flowers were also put into a box upside down - the labels were on the top of the box but the flowers were bloom down, no water and crushed. My MIL left me a message yesterday about the conditions and I only had time to contact them today. (Approx 36hrs after delivery).
Their response was - we used Purolator so shipping is out if our control. And we only have a 24hr guarantee on flowers…. Seriously!

First experience with Bloomex. Ordered and used a $20 gift card I had. The discount code was applied successfully. Completed the transaction and was provided with my total, which was correct. Flowers were delivered in a timely manner and I was then issued a receipt. The $20 coupon was not applied and I was charged in full. I left a message for customer service. No reply. I emailed and received a response simply stating nothing they will or can do and to use the coupon on my next purchase. The delivery fee was $19.98, which I believe to be a bit pricey. Won't be using this service again.
Bloomex has a team of disappointing customer service attitude. No sympathy, nothing. And only thing they will offer for compensation for inconvenience is store credit to plan another funeral... disgusting. Never will I order from them again ever. They lie, and try to gaslight you and does not help. I will be file a report with the BBB it is time Bloomex be held accountable for their behaviour: incorrect delivery, wrong flower sizes and arrangments, over charging, the list goes on.
I ordered and got nothing like my order. No truffle and customer service very bad. Have to wait 24 hours for investigation when pic clearly show the difference
Wish I could give them less than a one star. Made an order with Bloomex decided I wasn't going to move forward with their service. Got to the point of filling out delivery address. To late they charged my credit card. I called and canceled as I decided to deliver myself. This company won't give you your money back even though they didn't deliver anything. Don't use them.
I ordered a 'Dragonfly' bouquet from the UK to be delivered to a family member in Canada following the passing of my father. The flowers did not arrive on the specified day, nor the day after. I was advised this was due to a road closure! The flowers eventually arrived 2 days later and were in poor condition, the petals were brown and the stems were limp. There were no dragonflies despite the bouquet being advertised has having these. The flowers were about half the size as shown in the photo. I wrote an email to complain and sent them photographs, and was given the explanation that the flowers looked smaller due to the way they had been arranged, the poor quality was due to the recipient not looking after them properly (the photo was taken 10 minutes after they were delivered), and the dragonflies were out of stock. The delay was the courier's fault. They took no responsibility whatsoever for the awful service and product, and just blamed everyone else. I would urge anyone not to use this company if you want your delivery on time and in good condition. Their customer service is appalling with no apology or refund offered. Their refunds policy states that they will offer a replacement bouquet but they would not honour this either.
I was really optimistic about ordering from here for my friends birthday. I got the birthday package that comes with a bouquet, a card, a balloon and a bear. I was told the flowers would come with a vase they didn't and were extremely smaller than the picture. The card had a stapled coupon from the company with my message on it I had to replace the card cause of how awful it looked. The balloon was completely different and smaller than the picture and was DEFLATED. The bear had an advertised shirt of the company so I removed it. I hope my friend likes it regardless but I'm so annoyed. Please don't waste your money.
Very poor customer service, did not get a confirmation of delivery had to call but no proof given. Its a bit awkward to call the person you were sending the flowers to check up on the delivery, when it's being sent due to a passing. Customer service was no help.
Ordered the gift basket two days prior to delivery date. When asked why it wasn't delivered they said that the courier they used was outside local area which doesn't make sense cause they had two days prior to guarantee the delivery.
They offered the shipped fee back for next day delivery which wasn't received so they lied.
3rd the gift basket was totally wrong we purchased a basket with wine and cheese and some chocolate but the arrangement was all chocolate not impressed as they should have know better as the card stated it was for a 60th anniversary not a kids party.

They charge you extra money for the next day delivery after asking you for a postal code. Never delivered on time. I missed my best friend's birthday her 65th. Customer care offered me 4.99 and the two easiest words in the English language " I'm sorry ". I would have to first take pictures and send this information and that, then I would get my 5 dollars Wow! If they cannot deliver on time why not just

On September 13th I put in an order to be delivered on September 15th I was told it would be additional fee as I wanted flowers to be delivered first thing am on the 15th
I've had to call 7 times my sister got her flowers at 6 pm in the evening my day was ruined I live in Ontario she lives in Alberta her bday was ruined she was late for her bday diner I had to tell her that I had sent flowers they didn't even send what I ordered they put chocolates as a complimentary my sister is allergic to chocolate the arrangement came by fedex I couldn't believe it she had to put the arrangement together once delivered they gave me a credit of 4.00 bucks I couldn't believe it I'm a business owner of a very large chain I'll never order from this company again this is a 90.00 dollar order disappointed

I wish i had read the reviews across different websites before purchasing from this company... i think this is literally the only time i bothered leaving a review for some flower company but now i read all others reviews all makes a lot more sense...

Who wants to have flowers delivered a day or two after the birthday of your loved one? How ridiculous is that! But you still pay $15+ for delivery...
You email them on the day to follow up, no answer. You call them, no answer. You end up waiting 30min on a live chat for someone SO SO SO unhelpful and careless to chat with you. First reaction is "we will give you a $20 discount for your next order"? You would think they would start by apologising? Or are they too oblivious to actually think you will use their services again?
THIS IS THE BEST PART
You then ask for compensation right... (Anyone is their right mind would think it's a reasonable query) you would never believe what what the answer to that!

I ordered flowers through a Bloomex agent on the phone and they confirmed all the details.The day of my grandmother's funeral, I received a TEXT saying Bloomex would not be delivering the flowers for the funeral. No phone call, no explanation. I tried calling for 2 days with Bloomex's phones going to voicemail. I asked several times for a manager to call me. No-one called me back. I received several copy & paste responses, even after I emailed them to STOP sending me copy & paste responses. Apparently, Bloomex will send my grandmother's funeral flowers for another time in the future. My grandmother only had one funeral and we missed it and there were no flowers from us! This is the most disgusting & insensitive response, I have ever heard.We will NEVER use Bloomex again and I will SHARE with everyone I know ( and don't know) about this absolutely APPALLING customer service!

Ordered flowers for my mom, from my dad in long term care, for their anniversary. I picked the purply pink bouquet described as " full and hearty handcrafted and hand-tied "Bunch" of fresh cut, lavender seasonal flowers heavily accented with delicate fillers.

What I got was a mishmash of white, green, orange and red with a sprinkle of pink carnations. Basically a cheaply made $20 grocery store bouquet at best. Their $39.99 regular price 79.99 bouquet that I supersized for an additional $15. The red gerbera was already wilting, the orange random flowers were in terrible shape and there were several broken flowers. The discount code I used from their website was accepted in the order but then I was charged full price at the end of the transaction. I also added a balloon to the order that never arrived.
I called and left a message with their customer service line. I have still not been called back. I did receive an email in which they offered to refund me for the balloon and offered me a credit for my next order. They claim they have a policy on substitution. This is non existent on the website! If they think I'm ever doing business with them again they're out of their mind! Companies like this should be shut down and face serious fines and a lawsuit for their fradulent practices! Never order from them! Call a local flower shop who actually cares about their customers. Bloomex does not. Their positive reviews are lies! I still want my refund Bloomex! Every holiday season I'll be here to make sure everyone knows what you're really about!
Arrived a day late, even after charging me $19.5 for next day delivery. Got only roses instead of a bunch of roses and lilies. Kept contacting them for two weeks, but did not get an apology, nor did they admit they were wrong. Wanted to cancel an order right after placing it, but could not cancel. They replied a week later and stated it was too late.
Never did I ever have to fight for my money like this. I do not need a voucher, I need my goddamn money back!
I ordered white Asiatic Lilies for my wife birthday but I received a bouquet of white Rose, which she hates. The decoration and arrangement was also very poor and cheap-looking. They ruined my birthday surprise. The worst experience ever!
DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX! Wrong flowers sent on two occasions, half of the flowers were dead or just not there, delivered on wrong day and no compensation for their mistakes. Horrible customer service
My mother ordered two bouquets for my father's memorial. She paid an extra ($10 per vase) for clear GLASS vases and the flowers arrived in cheap silver plastic vases. She also paid extra for supersize but judging from the bouquet it was not supersized and I guess she should have requested blooming flowers. What the receipt shows and states is different from what was delivered. Very disappointed with what was received as there were few blooming flowers and were not in the vases that were paid for in the order. Three days later the flowers have still not bloomed. Response from Bloomex is that received what ordered. To me, hard to understand how cheap plastic vases are equivalent to glass. As well, should have informed prior to delivery that roses and lilies would not be in bloom. What was received was a very green bouquet, with majority of flowers not blooming, in a cheap plastic vase. Would not recommend ordering from this company.
Bloomex accepts delivery orders to hospitals that they know they cannot complete due to COVID restrictions. Instead of refunding customers their money, they try to blame the customer and then issue a useless "store credit" that cannot be used to cover—get this!—the cost of delivering flowers! Bloomex is not an honest company. I won't trust them again; given their track record of dishonest business practices (https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/online-florist-delivery-marketplace-1.*******) neither should you. I should add that Bloomex has ignored requests to discuss my situation. They don't care.
