I ordered an upsized (the largest possible) bouquet of Calla Lilly's as a sympathy bouquet. What was sent was a bouquet of flowers that looked like they were purchased at Walmart. See photo below for reference. The vase in the middle is what was delivered. This is supposed to be the largest bouquet that they have! Further, there are no Calla Lilly's - rather it looks like a small spring mix.
I order beautiful stunning flowers for friend who just lost his wife of over 50 years, and what was delivered underwhelming to say the least.
When I reached out to the company (and sent pictures of what I ordered versus what was received) I was told that despite trying two different florists, the lilies were not available, and "as stated on their website" they have to substitute sometimes and "the substitution met with their guidelines." Really? I was offered a $20 CREDIT for a future order! When I replied that this response was unsatisfactory, I was offered a $30 CREDIT for a future order!
I understand that sometimes the flowers that you order are not available. However, the difference between what I ordered (the largest bouquet of beautiful and expensive lilies) and what was sent was shocking (photo doesn't lie.) I paid a for a large bouquet of lilly's versus a small generic bunch of flowers that were underwhelming to say the least.
The company has finalized their offer of a $30 CREDIT and nothing more. Why would I EVER make another purchase at BLOOMEX? READ the REAL reviews - and there are so many across multiple sites. STAY AWAY from this company.
Not an ethical or customer caring business. There are a lot of small local florists who need your business out there. My lesson learned - take your business local.
My friend was feeling down so I thought I'd send her some bright flowers to cheer her up. What I chose and what she received are not even in the same class. I order a Birthday designer Collection I boquet - roses, mums, daisies, mini carnations, fresia and greens. What she received, 4 carnations and some cheap looking flowers that I can buy at Safeway for $9. I was embarassed by the cheap bouquet. While I understand that substitues are sometimes required, this was not even close to being anything like what I ordered. Buyer beware. Contacted them, they offered me a discount on my next order. Like I would EVER use their business again - NOT!
I purchased a bouquet of roses for my secretary having it delivered to the workplace on her birthday. (12 roses for $73.00 including tax and delivery) I was promised long stem roses and the roses were 30 cm in length. By the next morning one flower was completely wilted and two others were well on their way. Four days later 3/4 of the roses are wilted. I wrote to the company the morning after I received the roses with a photo and was promised a customer service call within 24 hours which didn't happen. After 24 hours I wrote again and again sent the photo of my unsatisfactory arrangement. This is the fourth day since I received the flowers and I finally received a customer service note back to me that stated that "From my photo they notice a few damaged stems and offered me a coupon that gave me $20. Off my next order if I paid them $10." Needless to say I will not be purchasing from this company again. Very embarrassing to offer my secretary flowers that are half dead. Poor quality and poor service and not living up to their "WeCare" slogan in their customer service emails.
BEWARE! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER from this company. You will not receive what you ordered and their customer service is below par, it disgraceful! Unfortunately they are not customer focused and only care about the initial sale. Once your order is delivered and its not what you ordered they will direct you to their policy that states "We reserve the right to make a fair and reasonable substitutions " I ordered $140 of lilies and received nothing that even resembled lilies, and Bloomex thinks this is fair and reasonable. Uuummm no! It's actually laughable. Oh and don't even waste your time trying to get the issue rectified because they DO NOT CARE. Wish I read more reviews before I decided to order from this shady company. You have been warned! 0/5 stars.
Order ******* was delivered to my sister yesterday. She sent me a picture of the arrangement. It was not what I ordered. It was very disappointing. I ordered an arrangement of yellow cheery flowers in a yellow vase. She received fresh white and mauve flowers in a box. She does not even like the color mauve.

First I paid for expedited shipping to have them delivered on Monday morning between nine and noon they didn't arrive when I called and told me it was due to weather. They said it would be delivered the next morning I had a beautiful basket full of yellow flowers called basket of wishes for my grandmother who had open heart surgery and then a stroke. Instead they delivered some $10 grocery store flowers to my grandmother after what I paid for this beautiful basket! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Photo 1 what i ordered. Photo 2 what we got! Not happy at all.

I ordered sympathy arrangements in large size on Saturday and was delivered on the same day, recipient send me a txt and photos that they won't be a to put it out, flowers are wilted. It is embarrassing They won't return my money,

They don't deliver what you order, regardless of the design you choose, they will send what they want, mostly cheap flowers.
I ordered flowers for my friends who got Covid and we're isolating over the holidays. The order was placed December 20 and were to be delivered on the 23rd of December. I got an email saying they were "delivered" when they were not. It is now December 29 and the flowers have yet to arrive, and I even repaid a delivery fee. This company is disorganized, inconsistent, and has zero care or regard for their customers. DO NOT USE THEM!
I ordered from Bloomex on 24th dec 2021 and my order never reached my girlfriend for Christmas Eve, she lives in downtown edmonton, when i contact there customer service they keep giving me new dates for delivery. They keep lying. I don't know where i can complain about this, these guys should be in jail for scamming people.
I have had two bad experiences with this company. Customer service is terrible.
I asked for a delivery to my husband's step mother who resides in a nursing home. The nursing home moved her to another room, same address, same nursing home. The delivery company didn't have the brains to have the nursing home deliver the flowers to the correct room. Bloomex is charging me another $14.99 for a redelivery charge.
My great friends were absolutely thrilled with their bouquet and chocolates. Delivered on time and absolutely beautifully presented. I ordered these from England and can't praise Bloomex enough. A huge thank you.
DO NOT BUY from This Web. This is SCAM. They charged me for $307.07 without my permission. I was trying to buy flowers for my Dad funeral on December 5. I was on their web and added the item in the cart and about to pay (I put all cc info). However, I didn't know the address, so I had to wait for my sister to give me the funeral address. While I waited, I googled different websites to look for anything good deals. Finally, I found one web which was cheaper, so I ordered the flowers from the other web and ignored Bloomex.
Last week, I received my credit card statement and saw that Bloomex charged me for $307.07 WITHOUT DELIVERY nor my permission. I had called them and asked them about the charge and they said the don't know the charge was taken from the flower company. The next day, I called again and left message and NO ONE had called me back.
This is what I got from them and they still charged me "Dear Tiffany, Thank you for your business with Bloomex. Your order is not completed yet. Please email us the complete shipping information: the full name of the recipient, phone number, postal code, and delivery address. If you face any problems please feel free to contact us. You can visit our Live Chat or simply reply to this email. Kind regards, Bloomex Team"

Flowers were delivered and left outside in freezing weather. No one called.
3 out of 6 flowers already had brown spots. Buy the next day they were fully brown and wilted. It was obvious they were frozen.

The arrangement was beautiful. However, the message on the order status was correct but the actual message on the card that accompanied the order was missing part of the message.
