Ordered flowers for Valentine's day and when received it was very disappointing. Did not look like what was ordered - was missing flowers (1/2 of the bouquet). Some of the flowers were with broken leaves, stems & poor quality of flowers.
Ordered option (Extra) for expedited AM delivery and only received package by end of day.
Poor quality service, not worth the advertised "Special" price. Misleading customer with FALSE ADVERTISING.
Look at other reviews to make decision. Rule of thumb, if price is a little too good - chances are, you are being played or there is a catch (poor quality, quantity, etc.)
Buy flower the 6 of februrary for Valentines day... we are de 16th and nothing was delivered.

Valentine's Day flowers delivered crushed, frozen solid, and Not what was ordered, the day AFTER Valentine's! Just try and get thru to there, non-existent customer service, there system default is: leave on hold 5 minutes, say goodbye and hang up on you, every time you call, live text chat says they can't help, then disappears, BBB canceled there accreditation because the can't handle the massive amount of complaints, 1 out of every 3 orders, ends in an unresolved complaint. They ruined our Valentine's Day and My wife is still crying, don't risk ruining your occasion, DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMEX, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I made an order of flowers from Bloomex to be sent on Valentine's Day. I indicated the delivery date when I placed the order online. So, the delivery date was part of the purchase agreement so to speak. No delivery was done on Valentine's Day. On February 15, I received an email saying that the delivery of my order was "in transit." The price of my order was CAD $44.99 and they charged me a delivery fee of CAD 19.99. So, with tax the total came up to CAD $73.43. When I replied to their email expressing dissatisfaction, they wrote back balming the delay on the busy season. This is a florist that has been in business for years and yet they cannot deliver Valentine's Day flowers on Valentine Day when they commit to do so. They also offered me an in-store credit of $15 for future use. I felt really insulted. They charge me $19.99 for delivery that they fail to deliver on time and yet they offer me as compensation for the delay $15 for in-store credit. I have already written back saying that I do not accept their offer. I will never, ever consider them for any future business.
Called ordered flowers for deliver. Person on line told me I will get the delievery for Valentines day. They emailed me stating it wouldn't happen and I would get the delivery the day after. Why not tell me when I ordered
Bloomex is a big scam. They have pics of beautiful flowers on their website but what you get is far from the pic you saw. Actually, I bought white daisies but what they sent were some creme coloured roses that already had brown petals. I complained and they said it was in the fine print that they could substitute other flowers for something of equal value if what I ordered was not in stock.
After a week these ugly roses have still not opened and they're getting very brown. I paid $44.99 for daisies and got brown roses. My wife was out grocery shopping today and picked up a beautiful bouquet of daisies for $9.99.
If you want nice flowers I highly recommend you not use Bloomex and look else were. I actually went to post another review on Google and noticed that they had 3,000 more reviews than last week when I posted. SCAM
Just a warning for all the guys that are looking at ordering flowers for delivery on Monday. Don't buy from Bloomex Canada.
I placed an order online on February 8 for a delivery of flowers for Valentine's day on February 14. I received multiple confirmations over the next few days regarding my order and they all said delivery was for February 14. I went to work this morning, February 11 and there was a box from Bloomex sitting on my front porch. I opened the box and the flowers were frozen and there was also a slip of paper in the box that said, delivery on February 14. I went on Bloomex chat and they said to email a picture of the flowers and the order number and they would take care of it, which I did. I got an email several hours later from customer service saying they were very sorry for the screw up and they were giving me $10 off my next order! No refund, or they will send another order, just $10 off to order more flowers to replace the frozen ones they delivered 4 days to early!
I did try a couple local florest first but couldn't get delivery to the acreage and I have bought from Bloomex before for business promotional items.
I ordered my wife the Valentines Designer Collection III special with all the bells and whistles... all in $106.
Received $25 in Roses and a small package of German Cookies, no vase or embellishments as in the pictures on the website. The deal advertised was certainly not delivered. When I go to the website to provide feedback there is actually no forthcoming way of providing feedback.
What a let down to see my wife have to look around for vase and make the arrangement herself. Could have done better buying a bouquet at the grocery store.
I just started using Bloomex flowers this year and couldn't be more happy about the quality and variety of their flowers! As a consumer, it is also very important to me that they are an eco friendly company!
Flowers were broken and dead. Looked nothing like the picture showed. Company has the worst customer service. I was hung up on yelled at and got no where with them. Had to approach my bank to get a refund. Buyer beware! Picture shows what I ordered and what I received.

I am new to Bloomex as a customer, and ordered from you because I received the most incredible and fragrant bouquet from Bloomex 2 weeks ago from my family for my birthday. The flowers--white lilies -- arrived as bud, bloomed the next day, and lasted for a full 2 weeks!
I used Bloomex specifically because they offered a bouquet of gerber daisies, my cousin's favourite flowers. The price was right so I chose the super sized bouquet, the amount of flowers she actually got, was pitiful for "super-sized". Not only that, but I specifically searched the town that she lives in thinking that the flowers would be from or close to there, no they were shipped by Fed Ex, and instead of arriving the same day, arrived 2 days late. I was given the wrong address for delivery, and my cousin and I spent 3 days fighting with Fed Ex on the phone to get the flowers delivered even though I specifically had to provide my cousin's phone number in order to complete the delivery order. If you're not going to call before delivery or if there's a mistake, why ask for the deliveree's phone number? Fed Ex kept the flowers even though they were only 10 minutes from my cousin's home (cousin couldn't pick up as she was isolating with Covid, hence why I was sending her the flowers), and when they finally did arrive, there was no water in the vase (which I had to pay extra for) and the flowers were brown and wilted. Absolutely horrendous arrangment and customer service. So disappointing.
They come fresh from the grower. Very clean! Just get our your vase and arrange! I go no where else for flowers and have been buying them for years! The biggest problem is that not everyone knows about this wonderful resource!
This company is the biggest joke! I don't even know how they are able to keep their doors open with all of the $#*!ty flowers they deliver and about 2% refunds they do. Thousands of angry customers! I'd purchase a pile of $#*! before I would buy flowers from this company!
I was excited to order through this company and chose them because of the same day delivery which I paid extra for and ordered early in the morning (on their site it says before 1pm and it was around 9am). 8pm rolled around and no delivery or updates. I went online to use the chat and they said it would be by 9pm. 9pm for flower delivery is TOO late. My clients would be in bed and now I'm stressed they would be woken up. Well they still weren't delivered. So we missed the day. I was assured they would be delivered the next day. And they weren't. Defeats the whole same day delivery and misses the whole point of sending flowers to my client on the day I actually needed. We shall see if they actually get delivered tomorrow... 2 days late.
