Never again

I ordered flowers as a surprise for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately she wasn't home and I am trying now for three days to get the order delivered to her. She doesn't want to sit at home all day waiting for the flowers but the company will not give me a specific time for when they could deliver it. I will never again order flowers through them, way to frustrating, no one is really helpful and they take the fun out of it.

Don't waste your time and hard earned money on this incompetent company. Customer service is abysmal. Reps speak in circles and act as if you are inconveniencing them by asking for justification for not receiving your order!

Bloomex has been horrible. I have ordered a few times and all disappointing!
First birthday order was flowers and they were brown and petals falling when moved!
Order a set of mini plants that were delivered all upside down. Ruined.
Another order was to have a teddy bear which arrived extremely dirty and the plant didn't even arrive.
You would think by now I would know better and not deal with bloomex but gave them another chance this past Mother's Day ( Sunday May 8,2022) I order 4 sets for my mom, mom in law and sisters. I even had to pay extra to have them delivered on the weekend / on Mother's Day! They were delivered early. On the Friday. They refused to refund me my money stating they it was a busy weekend ( not my problem) my moms flowers again brown, wilted, petals flying off, not the same as I ordered, my sis flowers sat on her deck for 2 days as she wasn't home until Sunday ( the day it was to be delivered ( I did pay extra for that) my other sis flowers were extremely droopy, they would not stand straight, like they were dying! When I emailed bloomex the replied back with a bunch of BS, would not take accountability for their services. Stating the early delivery is because they were busy ( they should of know how busy moms day was, they have been around long enough, that someone could of picked up the flowers for my sister, and the tulips should of been in a dark room over night, they MAY of helped them…( as if I'd know that, I filled directions on the box, it did not mention dark rooms). They would not do anything about any of the problems, I argued with them by email 2 more times and each time they just brushed it all off, and the last email they just didn't respond. They don't care about their product or the customer. As long as they make the sale they don't care… even though the guarantee perfect flowers! Please be very cautious when ordering from this business! Flowers are delicate and takes a special, respected, honourable company to deal with them, and BLOOMEX is NOT the company to be dealing with flowers or customers.

My daughter sent me flowers for Mothers Day and paid extra to have them delivered on Sunday. I finally received them the following Friday. She was very upset about this. One day later and some of the flowers are dead. I am writing this review rather than tell my daughter because she is already upset that they didn't arrive on the correct day. I have received delivered flowers for many years but these are a great disappointment.

Buyer Beware!

On a Monday I ordered flowers for a friend having day surgery on Tuesday for the flowers to arrive the Wednesday... knowing she would get them after she was home and recuperating, I was sent an email stating there was a shortage in stock and more arriving that they can have them delivered the next available day which was Thursday, I accepted this. I was in contact with my friend all day Thursday waiting for her to send me a text and pic of the flowers when she got them and 5 pm came along and still nothing, I contacted the company and spoke to 3 different people all asking me what they could help me with and they blamed the courier

Terrible experience

I paid for a premium delivery for mothers day sadly they delivered on Friday then the flowers that I supersized look nothing like what the photo was on the website. I will never use this company again and I would avoid at all costs I wish I read the reviews first, before ordering.

Bloomex Will Rip You Off!

Do not order from Bloomex.

I recently made a purchase for an arrangement for my mother for Mother's Day. I selected a delivery date of May 7th.

My order had not arrived and my mother has been waiting for days for this arrangement. Bloomex has ruined Mother's Day this year and will not even refund me due to a policy. Their policy is that if the order has been shipped that they cannot refund you. Guess what? My order was never shipped and they still won't refund me.

I have filed an official complaint with the BBB, reported Bloomex for fraudulent claims and have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Please look up Bloomex Reviews on Google. You will find 10's of thousands of negative one star reviews, more each minute stating exactly what I said.

Bloomex will rip you off. They will take your money and run. You will not receive a refund. You will receive dead or nearly dead flowers. Customer service will lie to you and do anything they can do avoid refunding you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX EVER!

Worst floral delivery in Canada

I had ordered flowers from this company with a vase for a Mother's Day gift. Day was wrong after I was lied to and told they were on delivery at 12:30 May 10th, 5pm comes and still no delivery. Flowers that I never ordered came at 9:10am on My 11 and it was completely the wrong flowers, wrong vase Color and smashed as well. Never waste your money on this cheap floral place that takes No Pride in there company and scamming customers with there false advertising. I want my money back now Dimitri Lokhonia

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and requested that they call when they deliver them which they did not. The recipient of the flowers wrote me this note:
"What a lovely surprise, thank you so much, I really appreciate the thought but wish you wouldn't spend your hard earned money on me. I just have to tell you that though the bouquet is very large, they stuffed it in a box that was too small and crushed some of the outer flowers and there are four roses, one had turned black and the petals were falling off two others and I don't think the carnations will open. Also thank God [her husband] was home, he heard a noise and went to check and there they were, they didn't ring the bell or call. I really think you should get a refund, I'm going to try to send you a picture, they look lovely after a bit of TLC. "
BTW this was not the first "not great experience" I had with them. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt... my mistake!
Their reply to my complaint:
Thank you for your e-mail. We are sorry to hear that the order did not meet your expectations. As per our recent correspondence with you, we only received your initial concerns over 5 days after having received the product. Should we have known that something was wrong with your order, we would have immediately found a suitable solution for you. According to our policy, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept complaints regarding quality/composition within 24 hours following the delivery date. We apologize for the inconvenience. Kind Regards, Bloomex Team

My 8 year old reccieved roses with brown edges. 6 roses arrived looking nothing like the image online. No babies breathe, no ferns, never bloomed out. I called and they said I replied too late, then tried to accuse the shipper. Bad customer service. I spend 50 bucks and my daughter was disappointed. Next time I will go local. Cheap mail order old flowers. Pathetic!

I ordered a bouquet for mother day and they were going to deliver Sat. She finally got them on Monday and they were wilted and broke off. Contacted them and they would not give me a refund but a instore credit. Like I would use them again. Never again and I wish I read some comments before I ordered. Lesson learnt. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AS THEY DO NOT SEND WHAT YOU REQUESTED AND DO NOT DELIVER ON TIME.

I ordered flowers for my Mother who lives in Tennessee and I live in Canada. They were never delivered so I contacted Bloomex and they said they had been delivered on Saturday May 7 as I had arranged on May 3... so plenty advance notice for this "SAME DAY DELIVERY" BS that bloomex advertises.
So today I called... got through to a customer services only to have them hang up on me. I called right back and again I was hung up on before even speaking to anyone. Third time is a charm (But not in this case) Spoke to Jonah at the same time I was online live chat with Malena neither were able to help but rather sent it to their Manager to contact me via email... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? No ONE, could tell me who signed for these? Seriously?
A reputable company would immediately have someone speak with me...(Must be dealing with a lot of NON-"Deliveries"
Please... do not but taken in by this company... they are crooks!

My daughter ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they arrived on Tuesday instead of Sunday.
Nothing that she ordered was in the arrangement. I wouldn't even call it an arrangement.
She paid way too much for what could have been purchased for about $15 at Safeway.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers on behalf of my grandchildren to be delivered to their Mother between 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Mother's Day. The bouquet was delivered after 9:00 pm and left on the porch. The delivery person did not ring the bell or knock on the door to indicate that the flowers were there. From the picture, the bouquet was not as advertised and the freesia had brown at its tips which indicates the they had been affected by the weather and the delay in delivery. Needless to say, I had some very disappointed grandchildren who were not up to see their mom open the flowers.

This is the second time that arrangements that have been ordered by me were delivered very late in the evening. A call in the afternoon a 2:10 p.m. as well as an e-mail at 4:51 p.m. said that the bouquet was in transit.
When I called Customer Service, I kept getting hung up on. The same was said for their live chat who did not answer the question or said, "I will look into it." I do no recommend this service and will not be using this service again.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a gift basket company. I ordered a wine and cheese basket for a friends birthday. First of all, it arrived a day late and secondly the cheese was missing out of it. They are now telling me that the basket was made in accordance with their policy. I guess their policy is to rip people off and not include items. Beware of this company, they like to scam people.

May 11 2022 Daughter ordered mother day flowers, she was told they would be, they were to be delivered before Sunday mothers day, got them Monday, dead in a box from Purolator will not give funds back to daughter. Also arrangement that was ordered not the one my daughter ordered.

They were supposed to deliver May 8-10 but did not. I wanted my money back, and they wanted store credit? The point being I never want to do business with them ever again. Customer service was atrocious and felt like I was calling an overseas fraud call Center. Woman was lying through her teeth. Avoid Bloomex at all costs.

Worst company

I ordered flowers to be delievered to my terninal aunt, they were not deliveried on the day.
I called the company to be told they would be there when they get there
He was so rude and unhelpful.
When I asked for a refund he said they don't do that.
I asked to speak to a manager but he wouldn't put them on the phone.
I would advise everyone not to use this company, they will rip you off with undelivered flowers or half dead flowers.
The worst company I have ever dealt with.
NEVER AGAIN

Received my Mother's Day arrangement from my son. The flowers were brown tipped, wilted and some dead. I emailed Bloomex with photos and their response was that it was in accordance with their policy. They did not look anything like was ordered. Worst experience ever!
