I ordered a bouquet that is on sale. It was delivered on time and in good order, left between the screen door and front door. The flowers were in good shape, but not mostly white as pictured on Bloomex website. I wanted whites because it's a sympathy bouquet.
They took 7+ hours to do a "same day delivery" and tried to make it my fault that nobody was at home to receive the flowers. SEVE + HOURS FOR FLOWERS. Once nobody was at home, and my wife didn't get her flowers for her birthday, they still tried to blame me saying that I had to choose morning deliveries instead same day delivery (even though same day delivery is MORE expensive). So if you are trying to present someone with flowers, make sure you will hold them at home WAITING the kindness of this company to deliver your order when they think it's good for them. Oh, and if you ask for a full refund, they said it's not going to happen. Even though you didn't get your oder. WROST SERVICE!
April 2022 - Ordered a balloon bouquet for my uncle who is in the hospital. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, got a message that "due to stock issues" they could not fill my order, but, they could send a floral arrangement instead. I contacted them and told them that the hospital specifically stated no flowers are allowed in the ICU (which is why I ordered the balloons), so please just cancel my order and refund my money. They said their system was unable to do refunds but could send "Adam" (which isn't even my Uncle's name?) a "gift basket" (which is not what I ordered) in "November" (what?... I placed the order for April?). I persisted in requesting a refund and they rudely over the next few weeks came up with further excuses to as why they could not refund me... my order "wasn't in the designated delivery area" or "it's close to Mother's Day which is their busy season and therefore all sales are final". It seemed pretty simple to me... I ordered something, they didn't have stock... so cancel the order?!?!? Absolutely ridiculous... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Worst company! I wish I could have given zero star. I ordered flowers for my daughter's graduation and the flowers never showed up. When you call customer service they are not allowed to make refund.
My son ordered me mother's day flowers. I never received them. I was home all day. My neighbors were home all day as well. The delivery driver was supposed to leave at the back door if no one was home regardless. No one attempted delivery. I called the company and had a very rude condescending man speak with me. He would not give me his name or let me speak to someone else. He said that they will " do an investigation " then email the results. It just really sucks no flowers were recieved and they were happy to keep my son's money, until I decided to call. My son work 21 day shifts, so he has no time to deal with this problem.
I order their 'Snapdragons in Mason Jar' for a friend and it showed up NOTHING like what I had thought I paid for. I even paid an extra $12 for the supersize but all was added was extra cheap looking greenery. I reached to them to address the issue and they told me it looked to be in accordance with their policies. Do yourself a favour: avoid the embarrassment of sending garbage to your loved one and contact a local florist, even if it costs a little extra.
Bloomex charges accounts before even completing the order online. Dishonest way of doing business. "Complete Order" button means exactly that, Order is complete. You cannot charge someone for a order that is not complete!
Ordered flowers for a specific occasion, made sure that address was within delivery area and confirmed. Provided all the details before placing an order. Did not receive the order on agreed date, they arrived 3 days after and in horrible condition. The response from customer service is inadequate and they offer you credit. So this is basically fraud, you don't get the service nor product and they don't issue refunds only credit for future use. Who in their right mind would use them again!?
I ordered a "supersized" assorted calla Lillies bouquet (only calla Lillies and paid for the largest bouquet option) and they shipped what is a $25 grocery store flower arrangement claiming its equivalent. Citing their policy "if sold out of a particular flower type or color we are able to substitute with another similar flower or plant of a different color. We reserve the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types. We always try our best to match the overall style".…yet they substituted 100% of an order, ship a basic arrangement and claim it's Equivalent. I can get a better bouquet at my local grocery store which is extremely disappointing.
Very disappointed considering they have the customers phone and email yet didn't reach out that the entire bouquet was going to be replaced with this and then claimed that it was same value etc and offered $20 store credit rather than refund value difference. If this is what they call a supersized bouquet I fear what a normal bouquet would be. Won't be order from them every again
Worst experience. I ordered my mother flowers for a very special day. She opened the box and they were dead, rotting and decaying. The smell was unbearable. Contacting the company they have the worst customer service. Still continuing to email with them about a refund and they refuse. Extremely disappointed, upset and feel like I have been scammed. I had to save specifically to order these flowers after trying to restart my business from the effects of covid. This has been absolutely terrible.
I ordered flowers for a friends birthday on Friday, to be delivered Saturday. Saturday came and nothing was delivered, Sunday I received an email that my order was changed. By Thursday the flowers had still not been delivered so I contacted support. I spoke with Naseem who explained to me the address doesn't exist (I have sent things to this address in the past.), and said there's no option for refund but if I give a different address they'll send a bouquet. I don't have another address to give as I don't know anyone else who lives in Manitoba. See on my order page delivery would be May 21, and today is May 26.
Absolutely horrible - they delayed because of a holiday - Victoria Day happens every year, have they not realized to plan for this? I usually do same day but wanted to ensure my order would get delivered so I ordered WAY in advance... for it to be delayed because of a SCHEDULED holiday. Do not trust them; they said my order would be upgraded to make up for it - sorry but I already had the HIGEST upgrade for my order already, so clearly they did nothing. Do not trust this company.
I ordered a bunch of assorted colors of tulips to my disappointment they delivered yellow color of tulips to the recipient. The worst part is... I sent an email immediately for their fault but until now no response...
This company is a scam. They will overcharge you then not deliver, and then tell you they cannot refund. I made an order for an Aust delivery and paid with my Aust card and they charged me in US dollars, effectively charging me $35 over the invoiced amount. It took complaints to Consumer Affairs and threats of legal action to get my money refunded. They were dreadfully unhelpful and I was never given the name of an actual person. DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX!
Incredibly subpar product, service, complaint department... If you care at all about the person you're sending a gift to, then just find another company! Not just zero, less than zero stars. Run!
Overpriced Mother's Day bouquet arrived broken, dead and moldy. Bloomex customer service refused to refund the purchase price. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.
When my order didn't arrive as expected I went through customer service and they first offered in store credit, but then resent the order satisfactorily after responding to my negative review.
Don't buy from bloomex.com. The flower arrangements they show on their website are not even close to what the recipient gets. I spent $70 on a Mother's Day bouquet and chocolates, and the bouquet was sparse, only white (supposed to be multicoloured), some of the few flowers were broken and the chocolates weren't even delivered, neither was the card. When approached all they could offer was an in store credit, which is useless since I'll never use them again.

I don't typically write negative reviews but this one called for it! Bloomex US and Canada are scammers! They charge people and do not deliver the requested item. I paid extra for a pink vase and an ordinary vase was delivered. I even paid extra for a deluxe bouquet and it was a very sorry looking bouquet, not deluxe by any means. I am so disappointed. To add to that, their customer service is absolute garbage. Last year I ordered from their US site and a box of chocolates that I paid extra $15 dollars wasn't delivered.
Order from somewhere else I'd say. Terrible service! They ruin peoples occasions!
Was an easy solution for someone in another city. Quick easy, great selection, and they looked great when delivered. Hardest part was finding how and where to put this review. Will use again!
I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day. I paid extra for the delivery to have it delivered on Mother's Day. The bouquet never arrived. It arrived on Monday and flowers were dead. My mom received dead flowers 1 day after Mother's Day and the flowers sent did not match what I ordered. The company will not give you a refund. They will offer you a discount on your next order. Why would I want to order from them again? They will refuse the refund even after I sent pics of the garbage my mom received. I will be going through my CC company for my refund. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. This company and the customer service suck. I have attached a pic of what I ordered, and what my mom actually got.
