I have purchased flowers twice from Bloomex. The first time was for my mother's 85th Birthday. The flowers were not delivered on time, then they could not let me cancel the order. They arrived the 2nd day in the evening. Flowers died very quickly, poor quality. After my complaint offered me a $30 coupon on next order. Well got fooled again! Ordered a birthday bouquet that was supposed to be $60 on sale for $30. Used my $30 coupon and had to pay add'l $19 for shipping/tax. Flowers delivered were not at all as shown on their website, poor quality, died in few days. They were comparable to $15 flowers from Supermarket, Never again! Stay away!
I ordered a flower arrangement on Sept 1st for my mother's birthday to be delivered on the 19th. On the 19th I get a email my address is too far to arrive on that date. So they offered me a "complimentary sweet basket" for not getting my flowers to my mom on time. Fast forward 4 days, my order finally arrives at my moms.
NO FLOWERS... just teddy bear, and Ballon, and the complimentary basket. I'm so not impressed with this company and advise anyone not to deal with this crooked company.
I made an order and they send me something completely different.
When I call to discuss this they claim I changed my order. I still haven't gotten the items I paid for and I can't get ant respect out of the company to listen to me.

This company is brutal. Their customer service is the worst... Rude and Ignorant! There is no way to talk to anyone live and you cannot get a refund from them.
They take your order and guarantee that it will be delivered when stated. They take your money and then a day later they send you an email telling you that your order will be delivered within a week or so. They offer you a small upgrade for your trouble. BRUTAL! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Purchased deluxe ( upgraded!) bouquet for my daughter birthday. Website pictures are misleading and NOT represent what they sell in reality. Customer Service refers to return policy, but people taking your order fail to bring return/refund/exchange ( whatever is applicable) policy to your attention. They MUST, but hey do not. Delivered arrangement is not even close to that I've purchased based on the picture. Customer Service is useless. AVOID BY ANY MEANS. Zero stars.
Their prices are quite cheap compared to other flower delivery companys - and for good reason. THEY ARE AWFUL. If I could give zero stars I would. Unreliable deliveries and product quality is a joke! Upon opening a bouquet of sunflowers, half the petals fell off a "fresh" bouquet I had delivered to my friend. So embarassing. Still waiting to hear back from head office to refund me.
I ordered flowers to be delivered while my daughter in law was in labour, the delivery driver obviously couldn't be bothered entering a hospital and just marked it as address unknown or not found consequently she didn't get the delivery.

I ordered an arrangement 'Calla lillies' with a picture showing only calla. The arrangement came with 'substitutions' of no callas, different colors. They wont refund and felt it was an acceptable substitution. Just look at the photos. Unreal. They offered $20 on a $60 incl delivery purchase. The same value they offer if I do an online review - so they have have offered nothing.
I ordered a nice bunch of flowers for the wife's birthday only to receive an email from Bloomex on the scheduled delivery day cancelling the order. The reason for cancellation being that they don't deliver to my address which is in central Auckland! I was infuriated so I called them up to complain & they responded saying they would issue me a store credit. A store credit, are you crazy?! I demanded a refund!
I ordered a $100 gift of flowers for same day delivery for my friend's 40th birthday. I later contacted Bloomex to confirm delivery. They could not confirm delivery until they spoke to their delivery party. I contacted my friend who told me they had called her but nothing had been delivered. I contacted Bloomex again only to be asked to be patient and they would get back to me within 24 hours. I waited 2 days with no response. Again I contacted Bloomex to ask what they planned to do to resolve my issue. It was at this point four days after my friends birthday. I later received an unceremonious email - no apology - telling me my order had been cancelled and I would have to wait up to 6 days for my refund! This is the most despicable customer service I have ever experienced. No apology. No offer to resend my order. Just a auto-generated message to tell me of the cancellation. I have tried to contact customer service to find out who I might escalate my concern to. As of yet. Of course, I have heard nothing. Why am I not surprised?
My flowers were not delivered on the date requested due to a third party delivery service. I contacted Bloomex and they immediately investigated. They found that the delivery service did not deliver the flowers at all. Bloomex immediately sent out a spectacular enhanced bouquet to my friend. She was ecstatic. Thank you so much Bloomex. You folks are truly caring and professional.
Order never arrived on time and all that was received was a balloon not even the flowers. Would not return my money and only willing to give me store credit. Like I would trust them a second time. NOOOOO
I ordered a "Designer Collection" floral arrangement in Bloomex Montreal. The person received them on time, but the flowers that they got were not the ones in the picture (they were cheaper flowers). The arrangement was fine, but not as depicted in the website picture. It was overpriced considering it wasn't the original flower arrangement I asked for.
Tried this company again; had problems with it last time.
I did 2 separate orders and had 2 pay 14.99 for shipping on each, I wanted them sent on different date due to them being birthday presents. They sent them both on the same day and neither order was correct!
And they will not refund me. Also they did not send everything that was ordered.
Then I get a Google message stating I gave them a 5 star review! I did not! Not sure how they were able to give themselves 5 stars, but I'm very upset.
I received a beautiful surprise from a wonderful nephew when I felt my worst. It was a lovely gift and I knew I wasn't by myself in this terrible time. Beautifully boxed, it gave me something to smell, something to look at, something to hug and some very nice chocolates. Thank you nephew! And thank you Bloomex you made me feel a lot better.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. The order arrived as scheduled - the only good thing with this order and that gave them a 1 rating. The arrangement did not look remotely like the photo on the website. I was so embarrassed. The arrangement looked like someone had pulled a few flowers from the compost heap and stuck them in a pot with green stuff. I called Bloomex customer service and their response was "too bad, so sad, bye now".
I am being charge 175$ for an order I never completed. I do not even have a receipt from that day when I looked at few options.

I ordered two special occasion 20th anniversary bouquets and had checked with the person i ordered with about the availability of yellow lilies for the occasion, which had special meaning for the couple. I was told that they were available, but what was sent was an amature-ish arrangement of miserable looking dozen white roses. And the other arrangement too looked tired and old -- not at all like what i ordered. I can understand substitution if the quality and packaging is good. To top it the customer service rep was rude and unhelpful, hiding behind the policy they have on substitution. Don't ever buy from them. I feel cheated, spent $145 USD and git a product work $25 at most. They are cheap, rude and cannot be trusted
