The overall reputation of the company reflects significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to unreliable service, frequent delivery issues, and poor product quality. Many customers reported receiving incorrect or wilted arrangements, with inadequate responses from customer service when seeking resolutions. While a few positive experiences highlighted effective problem resolution and satisfactory products, these were overshadowed by the prevalent complaints regarding service delays and lack of support. The recurring theme of frustration suggests a need for the company to improve its operational efficiency and customer service practices to restore trust and enhance customer satisfaction.

I ordered flowers for my in-aws that live in Boissevain MB. Flowers looked great on pictures was excited for them to arrive. Well BLOOMEX sent them from Winnipeg in Purolator Truck (not heated) it proceeded to go for 2.5 hours to Brandon MB which was then transferred to another Purolator Truck and that is approx. Another 1 hour in a cold truck, so you can imagine that these poor flowers did not have a chance to survive once at destination the driver placed them in -28 weather outside at back door did not wait for anyone to come to door just left them and at that point they were frozen solid... BLOOMEX is not giving a refund they want to re - send I say NO THANK YOU! Terrible terrible service and customer service... Very unhappy
Ordered flowers for an out-of-town relative and the delivery arrived frozen. Won't process a refund because I don't have a photo from a 82 year old woman who does not use a cell phone with a camera. Nothing they can do, they say.
Avoid this company, with over 1000+ complaints with the BBB, they are bonified crooks.
Last Christmas I ordered flowers for my aunt and my cousin, both at the same address. The prices were great. But the day of the delivery I got notification of two charges going through. When I signed into my account I saw they were processing a second duplicate order. I called them immediately and pointed out their error and told them to cancel the second duplicate order. But no, they went ahead and delivered a second exact same order to my aunt and cousin, and charged me a second charge, then refused to refund me for the duplicate order. I had to go so far as having my bank reverse the charges on the duplicate order. I've never seen such terrible customer service in my life.
I currently have a credit which I am attempting to use. When I place a new order, I have to pay an additional delivery charge as I'm told, the credit doesn't include the delivery charge. Ummm, yes it does. It's my credit! Unbelievable. Once I've paid them more money and used the entire credit, it will be the last time. I know a number of people who use them as well and I'll be sure and let them know of my experience. Dreadful.
My mother is very, very ill and I, being in Australia, wanted to send her a gorgeous gift basket full of all the Christmas goodies she will not be able to bake. Not this year, not ever again. I chose a basket that promised a fabulous selection of 24 different products including Lindt Lindor chocolates and Almond Roca etc. etc. Etc. Added extra truffles and a bottle of wine. I didn't see the disclaimer that said it could include "any" combination of what was an extensive list. There was nothing luxurious or special about any of it. It was a complete waste of money for what ended up being more ribbons and filling. It was cheap, generic brands that all went in the bin. I wrote about my disappointment (a few days after it was delivered because my parents didn't want to upset me but felt I should know so I wouldn't use them again) and was told their policy is they will only accept complaints within 24 hours due to the perishable nature of the items. Which is bullsh*t, it was crackers and chocolate, not cheese and meat! Will NEVER use them again.
I was very disappointed with the floral arrangement delivered. They were nothing like the flowers in the picture that showed white lilies, white roses and white carnations. The arrangement was just white carnations and closed lily buds and greenery. It was much smaller than advertised online as well.
It is false advertising and they replied to my email stating that they can send you different flowers than what is advertised. Can you believe this crap?
What was the point of putting flowers online advertised when you get something completely different.? I don't know how they are allowed to operate their shady business this way without legal consequences. I will never order from this crooked company ever again. "Buyer beware" applies to this untrustworthy company. You can fool me once and I will never recommend them to anyone. Go elsewhere to buy your flowers. This is my honest opinion. "Buyers beware and stay far from this crooked business. The last three numbers of their
Phone number ending in 666 explains
What they represent.I have attached the first pic to show what I thought I would get. The picture with the carnations and large card attached without white lilies and few roses is what I received.
My wife ordered flowers be delivered on 29/11/22 to my niece who has given birth.
As today 1/12/22, flowers have not been delivered.
Managed to contact company only to get the usual runaround and when you try to call again they just block your number. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
After no less than seven calls on this day there were no flowers to arrive at all. I was told they are minutes away over a period of 8 hours.
I have been embarrassed and humiliated as my wife thought I did nothing for her birthday.
Bloomex are a scam. Happy to take the money and deliver nothing. I have been made a fool of by these scammers. I will shout it from the roof tops to all that will listen through social media and wherever I can to warn people of this. O stars is too many for this excuse for a business. Bloomex for flowers? Don't bother. Zero is what you will receive.
Look at the pictures - they speak for themselves. We ordered the largest bundle possible WITH A VASE and here is what we got. See if you can guess the real one!
When you order a bouquet for an important occasion, for someone you cherish, especially when you are ordering from overseas, it can be very nerve wracking.
I would not recommend or use Bloomex to send flowers at all, my friend in Altona North organised the delivery on the 4/11/22, to arrive in Maffra Victoria. So I was the person receiving them. Hence I don't have a receipt.
The flowers that were supposed to arrive on the day of order (anywhere in Australia is advertised) took five days 'in transit', and were delivered via Australia Post, the greenery was brown, but the Iris flowers appeared ok. Within 48hours they were all ready for the bin.
Photos included are the first two on arrival and exactly 48hours later in the third one.
I was so disappointed/angry with Bloomex. First of all this so called Canadian company is located in California, USA. The posted prices are in American dollars so I paid almost double for the flowers I bought. The delivery was on time but the flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered. There were yellow roses in the basket of yellow flowers I ordered but not a one in the delivered ones. The arrangement was so ugly. It looked like they were just stuck in the pot any which way. I got suckered!
They delivered flowers to my aunt that I paid over 85 dollars for and they looked like they were picked from a garden by a 4 year old. There was about 1/4 of the amount of flowers they said would be in the bouquet.
In looking online, I see that so many customers have experienced the same issue. I sent in a complaint via email after unable to connect via phone. They told me the flowers met their "policy" and were fine. They refused to help me out. After 3 emails back and forth, they offered to give me company credit. I informed them his was not a solution as they said the first flower delivery was acceptable, so would be redundant to send me another. I explained I did not want their products or services as they are not delivering the product they are picturing and describing to customers.
I am still seeking a refund and have had to turn to reviewing them on google to get their attention. They persist they do not do refunds. It is disgusting for a company to treat people like this in Canada. It is simply not acceptable and people should know about this company as I do not want others to go through the same stress as I did. People pay a lot of money to send their loved ones flowers and this company turned it into a nightmare.
This company is a scam, a rip off and totally unreliable. You can speak with several people and they all seem to either play dumb or promise something they can't deliver. Be warned, they're no good.
Ordered a bouquet/wicker basket of flowers, card with balloons for my moms 80th birthday.
A cheap glass vase with flowers with the wrong card and no balloons. This was just left on her door step in cold weather.
After contacting the company I was questioned as to why I'm complaining, they said my mother got flowers, whats the problem.
They wont do anything to help fix this issue.
I will never use these services again.
I'm going to dispute the charges with my credit card company as this agreement was never fulfilled.
They. Large me twice by mistake and refused to cancel one order. They claim they are a Quebec company- they don't, offer service in French. They phone number doesn't work, nor their email address, I finally got a hold of a "VIP customer rep" who hung up on me,
My husband has sent me flowers from Bloomex before and they were fine. This time the roses arrived half dead, a day later the heads dropped and they were completely dead. Good roses usually last a week, not 1 day. I contacted them and explained we regularly buy from them. I spoke to someone in Taiwan. They referred me to an email that kept bouncing back. After 3 days, no one would help me and they said they could do absolutely nothing. My husband paid a lot for these dead roses. Their customer service is awful, with no concern or care to loyal customers. AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY! I will go to my credit card company to dispute this charge. VERY DISAPPOINTING…. SHOP ELSEWHERE FOR FLOWERS!
Awaiting response from what I believed to be an ethical responsible online company.
I am assuming to be not Australian as helpline and chat room appeared to be from oversea.
They cannot make decisions and refer to Management team who I am waiting to hear from 15 days after order placed. Will keep you updated Not yet a positive rating
Bloomex flower delivery is a heaven sent because my girlfriend lives in Australia and me in the united states' so being able to have flowers delivered to her is so precious, the deals are great and I do much appreciated this company.
Answer: It is terrible and difficult. They barely respond and then it is only after multiple emails and chats.
Answer: No. Terrible service. Did not deliver on time. Postponed deliver to next dY
Answer: I feel like I've been scammed. Took my money and did not deliver my purchased flowers.
Answer: It's a 1990's website and can't take average photos of 2024
Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
Answer: Very poor customer service (none). Do not use them.
