The overall reputation of the company reflects significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to unreliable service, frequent delivery issues, and poor product quality. Many customers reported receiving incorrect or wilted arrangements, with inadequate responses from customer service when seeking resolutions. While a few positive experiences highlighted effective problem resolution and satisfactory products, these were overshadowed by the prevalent complaints regarding service delays and lack of support. The recurring theme of frustration suggests a need for the company to improve its operational efficiency and customer service practices to restore trust and enhance customer satisfaction.

I ordered flowers for my sister! They said delivery between 8-5 well they never arrived, then I called, they tried to locate the driver, nothing, they promised the next day, next day there is an email saying that the driver came by and it was unsafe to leave the flowers, (hydranges in a mason jar). Next thing apparently, Purelator courier has suddenly delivered the flowers, which were not delivered. They told me to check with the recipient again! No one has seen the flowers or been in touch with me. I would not use this company. Flower delivery is expensive! Firstly it's bitter cold and flowers should not be left outside. Our mom is in hospital and I explained that these flowers were to thank my sister for taking care of her, as I don't live in Canada anymore. Still no flowers. It is now the 4th. The order status on my order never changed to delivered.
How is a 70+ mother without a phone or computer supposed to send picture proof of receiving flowers? Bloomex policy states, a per the cs rep, no refund without pics. Wow really. So I have to drive 8 hours to take a pic of wilted frozen pics?
Would give 0 if I could. Look at the pictures…what I ordered vs what I got and it is a sympathy bouquet! They offered me $20 store credit! Unacceptable!
The flowers were not only late but pretty much wilted and fell apart. There was not even a drop a water in the sponge
My stepfather recently passed away and a friend in UK organised for a relative of theirs in Sydney to organise an arrangement of flowers to be sent to my mother. My mother got an Australia Post parcel card in her rural mail box on Friday of the long weekend. AFTER the time the mail centre where the parcel was being held closed. When she finally was able to collect them (NOTE she collected because they were NOT delivered to the address by courier) the flowers were very badly damaged as they were laying down sideways on the bottom of a big box. This box had no packing in it to keep the arrangement upright. When she rang just to make an enquiry about how flowers were delivered she was told "always by courier madam" She hung up and then called back a little while later asking about why her flowers arrived at the mail center 3 days after being ordered for next day delivery to her address. When she asked about a refund she was told that if she sent photos of the flowers (which she actually had taken) to the address given they would investigate and arrange a resend if necessary. Email was sent and after waiting a week for a reply she called again and was told that there were no photos sent with the email... There were I know because I actually sent them... I also sent the email to myself and my sister. ALL of us are able to view the photos. So we resent an email with photos attached. Again mum had to call them. Again supposedly no photos were sent. So I then sent another email from my email address with the photos right at the top of the email. Plus the note that came with flowers for sympathy and funeral (their featured bundle) was a tiny computer generated text on the back of the delivery statement stapled inside a CHRISTMAS CARD... SO even 1 star is far too many as far as I am concerned.
My receipt had the delivery date as the 25th. When I reached out to ask why it had not arrived, I was repeatedly assured it would show up by 6pm and that they would take care of everything. It never showed up. It's scheduled for drop off today (the 26th) which is not what I paid for. Today when I complained via the live chat, I got a surprise phone call where somebody did a very poor job of explaining what had happened, somehow it was still my fault despite the recorded conversations in the live chat saying that "they will take care of everything" and that they assured me it would be delivered that day. The excuse was that the address was outside of their normal shipping area, so they had to use the postal service. This is not true, the address is but 20 minutes from their store, if they really wanted to make things right somebody could have just dropped it off by hand. They also claimed over the phone that they had "no record of my conversation with support" the day before, which is funny because I took screen shots for that exact reason. Very unfortunate situation as the recipient was not able to receive them on time. No refund for the shipping cost. I would recommend paying a bit more for one of the other services.
It's birthday occasion per year they ruined by sending wrong size flower I paid for size super size however recived extremely small one and complian for day's ignored following a reply the company refused refund and offered code offer for next purchase which didn't recived plus I have been customer for year's didn't value it and just left customer unsatisfied with ruin important occasion with horrible customer service!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. THEY ACTUALLY SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THEIR #1 PRIORITY BUT IT COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.
On Dec 16/22 we ordered a Xmas bouquet for my Mother-In-Law. When it was delivered, the flowers were dead (frozen) and she promptly threw them out (likely embarrassed). She is an 87 yo women living in a Senior's Assisted Living facility in another province. She has neither a cell, nor an email account. We contacted the company via their online customer service 'chat' text line and were told that a credit is only issued when proof of damage etc. is submitted via a cell phone pic. We advised that she doesn't have one and were put on 'hold' (one moment please) by 3 different agents who dropped the chat and erased the chat history. We called and were advised that was their policy. Asked for a supervisor manager and told that they don't have supervisors or managers. Finally got credit (no refunds) for partial payment. When we called again, we were told that the $15 delivery fee could not be reimbursed because the delivery was made - DEAD? Fought that and got the full credit however was told when I tried to order that the credit could not be placed against ANOTHER delivery fee. So we ended up ordering a basket and 'supersizing' it to get the full credit and then paying another delivery fee and taxes. Forwarded it to my sister-in-law so she could assess the contents and take pics - 12 items, no supersize and definitely not worth the credited amount.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. IT IS A SCAM.
Placed an order to have delivered to a Hospital in the middle of the city! Day of the delivery recieved an email stating delivery could not be made due to its remote location! So we called Bloomex and again they said due to its remote location to which we explained its in the centre of the city! They could not make the delivery so we requested a refund! They explained that this would have to be discussed with management! We disputed this and demanded we have a refund. We have still not recieved the refund and my guess is we never will! We called again today only to be told exact same line that it would have to be discussed with managment! AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAM SCAM SCAMM!
I placed a $100 order but was instead delivered $20 roses. The company has refused to provide a refund and instead said they are allowed to send what they wish depending on availability for the day. Absolutely awful customer service
Do no use this company - flowers arrived 2 days late and the flowers looked dead - I complained and they sent a gift basket which was full of old dollar store chocolates and biscuits - what a con this company is - no customer service - that was awful as well - so in a nutshell - poor quality company selling dead flowers and cheap and nasty gift baskets
If I could give a zero star rating I would! I ordered flowers for my friend who had to have emergency surgery. I paid EXTRA for same day delivery. They were not delivered the same day - and when I called was told that due to the Christmas rush they would be delivered the next day. I asked for the extra money I spent for same day delivery to be refunded, and they promised it would be. Two days later and the flowers still had not been delivered. I connected with Bloomex several times and was told that due to a courier issue they were not delivered. They offered me a credit or to deliver the flowers (fresh ones). I asked them to send me a refund, which they did not do - they delivered the flowers - a week after I had placed the order. When I asked for a refund again they told me that they couldn't because they had delivered the flowers (which I had specifically asked them not to do). I then fought with them for a couple of weeks and finally accepted a credit for the full amount of the flowers. I was then informed that the credit was a one time use (I could not use some now and some later) and could not be used to pay for delivery or taxes - what a scam! I used the credit anyways (sent my sister-in-law flowers)- but am not happy with the flowers that were received. What is the point of ordering an arrangement if they don't even come in the vase? They were pretty sad looking overall. Terrible company that I will never do business with again!
I had no issues with bloomex the first couple times I used them, but as soon as there was a problem their customer service was horrible, dismissive, hard to reach. No contact that delivery was left in the winter. Nothing left on delivery from the card/note that I had filled out on line. I assure you they do not care!
Bloomex.au is a Scam!
They post pictures of their products on their website which o not represent what they deliver.
I ordered the largest "Supersized Gourmet Chocolate Hamper" I could find for my sister's 60th Birthday present... It was supposedly worth $200+
She was sent a $30 gift hamper with all of the contents purchased from the local Coles Supermarket - not one chocolate!
It contained... Wait for it... Tinned sardines! And Broccol! Seriously!
And Coles baked goods from the bargain bins!
Not only that but it had cheeses in it - there's were left in the sun on the doorstep - they couldn't even follow the simple instructions for delivery!
On complaining at this humiliating gift which we videoed my sister opening, I was begged to let them try again to rectify this dreadful delivery or accept a $20 voucher - NO REFUND could be negotiated!...
I was so cross that I said to them " don't you dare put "cookies" in this gourmet chocolate hamper...
It arrives with old (yes so old they were stale and inedible - of course a sticker was covering the useby dates on all the packaging) airplane cookies, wafers, and two blocks of the thinest cheapest chocolate you can buy! It just added insult to injury! (I just wanted my refund so I could buy the things online myself!)
These could have made my cancer survivor sister extremely sick if she had actually consumed what was sent!
I am sooo upset at the gall of this company pretending to be legitimate when they are just stealing people's money!
I should have known when they did not offer PayPal as a way to pay!
Do not use them

This was probably my fourth time ordering from them. Each experience is always more disappointing than the last. My past orders always varied from the photos online - but this last order was just downright pitiful. I paid the extra price for the oversize option of the Birthday Designer Collection I. The website is very deceiving - they do warn that the orders will differ from the pictures but the difference between what I ordered and what I received is so remarkable that they should just remove all pictures from their website. I ordered these for my mother's 50th birthday... I should have just combined Walmart bouquets for a 1/4 of the price. Again - this is an oversized bouquet? I sent a respectful message to customer service and their response can be summarized as such: "we have a lot of orders and we try our best, the website does say the bouquet will look different anyways; we think its beautiful, we'll try better next time ". If you're looking for cheap budget arrangements, and no regard for customer satisfaction this is the best and most convenient place. But if you're looking for something a little more reputable and of quality - I wouldn't order from here. I have learned to pay the extra price to support local florists who actually care to deliver what they advertise
My wife received a bouquet of flowers from her sister-in-law because of the passing of your mother. The flowers arrived frozen. BLOOMEX offered very pathetic compensation, a 50% store credit. They would not offer a full refund - I mean, why would I want a store credit when I would never use them again!
ORDER NUMBER:*******
In the first photo, notice the frost on the bouquet base.
Don't order baskets. Contents are stale and taste really bad. $326 spent. Did better at the Dollar Store. Very dissatisfied. Stick to flowers.
This company knows how to ruin people's day on top of ruining a very thoughtful gift. WATCH OUT! They will say they attempted delivery. You can't confirm or deny that they did. This company won't even call you to arrange a proper delivery and when you finally call them to see where your delivery is (as my friend said they sent me flowers) and what happened they say it was undeliverable and if you want to have another delivery set up they will charge you again. Seems like the perfect way to get extra money from someone. When someone wants to send you a thoughtful gift to brighten your holiday season but you end up getting scammed! Thanks but no thanks!
I ordered flowers for my mom that were supposed to be delivered Dec 24, they arrived December 27 brown and dead. Disrespectful and disgusting. Do not use this company it's a waste and theft of your money. The company and employees are obviously uncaring. I've used them before aswell and the flowers have never been the same as the photos, always a disappointment.
Ordered a Christmas centerpiece for delivery Dec 22 (before the storm expected Dec 24th) and the household have been at home for delivery. Order notes still "in transit" on Dec 26th. After 3 phone calls to the toll-free help line, they will offer a store credit and refused refund. Absolutely terrible customer service, surely will not be using Bloomex service again. Off to go shopping now because of their shoddy service. Be warned.
Update - Bloomex continues to refuse refund for order not received noting it was the address outside of their area (Dundas and I was not alerted when the address was uploaded with postal code), but offers to send something else anywhere in the country. Refund is still being refused.
Answer: It is terrible and difficult. They barely respond and then it is only after multiple emails and chats.
Answer: No. Terrible service. Did not deliver on time. Postponed deliver to next dY
Answer: I feel like I've been scammed. Took my money and did not deliver my purchased flowers.
Answer: It's a 1990's website and can't take average photos of 2024
Answer: No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.
Answer: Very poor customer service (none). Do not use them.
