The blinds were delivered quickly, i constantly got updates as to the status of the processing of my order. They look fantastic, the quality if great.
We have very tall windows and required custom blinds. The blinds we ordered fit our windows perfectly. Blindster's prices were the best we could find. We would definitely order from them again.
This was not the first time I've ordered blinds from this site and I have always been very satisfied. This time the package arrived damaged and the blinds were exposed. Since the damage was to the back of the blinds I did not go to the expense and trouble of returning them. I did take photos of the package just in case the blinds weren't usable.

Few companies have perfect Internet sites and Blindster is not among the exceptions. Despite a bit of struggling with that the result is very good. We like the product and the price was reasonable.
You need more detail in the measuring instructions and instructions on line on working with the valances. Two of the valances sent to me arrived damaged.

I ordered 3 very large solar shades for an outdoor pavilion. It took about 3 weeks for them to arrive. They were installed in about 2 hrs. They look fantastic.
Needed to screen a small (3x3) bathroom window near a walkway without ruining the view. Chose the up/down blind. It is good quality and fits well. Very happy with the whole process.
Blinds are nice in appearance, but very light weight and kind of flimsy. Did not return them because we had to cancel our credit card because my number was stolen from this site and I didn't want to give them another card number.
I ordered during the Memorial Day sale 2016. The product was as described and received ahead of schedule.

Item arrived promptly but since I goofed on measurements, I called Blindster and their customer service rep worked with me in realtime (I was on my speaker and did the measurements with him on the phone)... they replaced the blinds and they are now perfect.
