My blinds are beautiful, went up pretty quick once we figured out what we were doing. And when a mistake happened, Blindster sent us out replacements just like they said they would. They are always offering great discounts & we are very pleased with the product & price. Have ordered for our entire home & cost less than $2000. My mom had custom blinds done & hers cost $1000 PER ROOM! Love this company.
I called with the window measurement and 5 days later the blind came. It was easy to put up and fit perfectly.
Everything arrived OK. One blind was longer than the other. I removed the bottom slat and now they are both the same length.
I installed the first one, and it was the long one. When I installed the next one I realized that it was shorter. I had to un-install the long one, remove one slat to match the shorter blind and re-install it.
I patched up the holes and drilled new ones. Now I have to paint the patched holes to match the window.
Not a big problem. Blinds look good and work great!

We ordered blinds for every home in our house, including our patio slider. The patio slider blinds showed up quite fast. The rest of the blinds were about a week later. All blinds fit our windows just perfectly. We had one blind, in our dining room, that was damaged in transit, by the shipping company. Blindster replaced it immediately. All we needed to do was send them a picture of the damage. What a wonderful company to do business with. No hassles, just great service.
