After two months trying to decide which would be the best blind system in my kitchen I decided on vertical blinds and I could not be happier than how they turned out. This company is awesome!
Installed the blinds, but the bracket sits so far off of the window that light glares in through the sides. Emaile Blindster twice to see if they had any product for the side of the blinds, as the blackout does no good with light still coming in the sides.
Still have not heard back from Blindster.

I ordered blinds for 4 windows. The order came in a few weeks and everything fit beautifully except for the metal valance piece on one of the windows. It was just slightly too big to fit on the window. We remeasured it and it was off by just about 1/8 of an inch. All the windows measured the same but this one piece was just slightly too big to fit. I called customer service asking for any advice or help on what I could do to make it fit. I spoke with a woman who was so kind and helpful. She offered a few suggestions on how to cut the valance, but we don't own the kind of saw that would have been needed. After speaking with her for several minutes she said that she would just send us a new valance cut slightly smaller. She did exactly that and it now fits perfectly. I wish I had gotten her name but unfortunately I did not. I am extremely happy with the blinds, they look great and the service was fabulous!
I was getting blinds for my RV and they sent me samples, then called to make sure the measurements were what I wanted. Installation was easy and the windows look great. When i need blinds for my house I will definetely use Blindster again.
All the blinds I ordered fit perfectly and are good, quality products. I will definitely order more for my home in the near future!
Well made attractive roller shades. It took a while for me to receive my order (about 2 weeks), but the shades look nice. They were about 1/3 less than another popular online retailer. But the other retailer carried higher end fabrics. Blinder is more limited in style and fabric selection.
I had previously ordered blinds from Blindster.com and I was happy with the blinds. We moved, and I wanted to order more, but they changed their wood colors. I contacted the site to ask about their new wood colors. They said I should request samples of their new colors, since they have indeed changed. They said I might be able to take advantage of a sale they were offering at that time, even though I would not be able to finalize the color of the order until later.
I am very satisfied with my order. It arrived on time. Very good quality and easy to assemble. I liked mine so much, I ordered some for my mom!
The blinds fit perfectly. We're very pleased. Great product and received them in a very timely manner.
We ordered about a dozen blinds, each one with custom measurements. The blinds arrived on time and fit the windows perfectly. The materials and workmanship were first class. Before we hung the blinds, we requested a few more pieces of custom hardware to ensure that the blinds would remain in place. Without hesitation or questioning, Blindster sent that hardware to us without charge. We are now lifelong fans and customers of this company.
My blinds came on time but showed up with 4 little holes in them and no top at the top of shade, I ordered from Jc penny and they same blind they came with a piece for the top and no holes in them. For what I paid I would have excepted a better looking product shade to have came in too.

The Super Value Roman Shades do not come with a valance. All of our premium shades have a valance.

We are very impressed with our wood blinds. The quality is top notch and the customer service is first rate. We had a problem with the cordless blinds in our bedroom, and they were very helpful in resolving the issue. This is the second time we have purchased form Blindster!
When i open the box I noticed that I recived only the blinder nothing else and i don't know how im gonna putting in at the window
