I bought plantation shutters and the bottom line is they do not produce their stuff. My 7 day turn around turned into 29 days and a dozen calls. Finally they shipped in a little under 20 but only after a tremendous amount of pressuring and the whole way through they refused to give me a refund and lied that the blinds were already under construction. Keep in mind that they can easily claim this and you can't get out of the purchase. This is what they do... they advertise 7 days but then when you call to confirm your ship date they tell you there is a delay and it's an extra 20 days (estimated). By then you are out of luck because they claim they started working on your blinds and can't cancel. So you are locked in even though they knew from the get go that the factory they buy from is backed up and of course it's a lie that anyone works on a handful of blind projects for 30 days total. I will never buy from them again and be warned that all these online blind companies are the same and buy from the same factories. So do local companies in many cases but local companies are more up front about lead times. Blindster and Select Blinds all suck.

I'm so sorry for your experience and you have every right to be upset. I assure you that the normal production time for our faux wood shutters is 8-10 business, not including weekends and holidays, and we would never attempt to deceive customers as to the actual production time. However, the fact that you were not immediately notified of the delay is inexcusable. We did process a full refund the day on you contacted us to cancel the order. I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience.

All my shutters are a great fit. I was short one hinge and drill bits were not the in package. The hinge and bits were mailed ASAP.

Fast Service, Quality Product

What a great service! We just recently moved into a 100+ year old house where all the windows are different, non-standard sizes. I couldn't believe how fast Blundstwr was able to custom cut and fit 17 blinds! We had them within a week. They look great. I will recommend to all my friends.

I order blackout roller shade Vinyl and fabric for my bedroom, family room and inside mounted bathroom window.
The color are nice, The material is average quality. It easy to get wrinkle or bended. It is very light not heavy duty curtain. When you have breezed blow thru the roller shade, it move with the breezed which allow light to enter your room. I want it black out but it defeated the purpose. If you want completed black out, make sure you order outside mounted. The nail and tools can't be used. I have to use my own. Because it doesn't nail into the wall.
I will not order again because I want to upgrade my curtain to better quality looking. Otherwise cheap roller shade and it does black out the room without the breezed thought.

Love my blinds!

We moved into a brand new home, with a big picture winow that slides open on each side, so I didn't want blinds rattling in the breeze. Blindster.com was the only place I could find vertical blinds that opened to the center! I love them!

We are very pleased with the overall experience of purchasing our blinds. Initially, there were online tips on what kind of blind to buy, which helped make the final decision easier. We were sent samples that helped us choose the fabric. The customer service reps were helpful on the phone. The fit is perfect and the installation was fairly simple for my handy husband. For the quality, the price is very good. I'd recommend Blindster to anyone needing window coverings.

When I received my blinds the order was short one handle to raise and lower the blind. The on line CHAT person told me they would send me a handle. They did, but not one to fit my blind. The next week I again contacted the CHAT person who told me they would send me the correct one. They did send another set, but not the one that will fit my blind. The next week (third) I sent the CHAT person a very clear photo of the handle I have and asked for one just like it. I was told he would verify the factory got the photo and I would get the correct handle. DID NOT HAPPEN! I got a third set of those that will not work. Last week after talking to the CHAT person I got the 4th set sent. I received them Sat... same ones again that will not work. I was told today by the CHAT person that he talked to a supervisor who would personally send me the correct ones (that they have had a clear photo of through two sets) I also got an e-mail from the CHAT person who said he found a display set of blinds near his office and took the handle off them to send me. We are into this a month or so now, I have no handle!
In all fairness I do want to say the blinds are very nice quality, fit perfectly, work perfectly and worth what I paid for them.

The order number on this review is not the same order number that we are sending parts for. I will call you to get this resolved.
