I was impressed with the customer service. Although I did not initially order samples, I was contacted by customer service and samples were sent before the order was entered. Once I confirmed the order, I was contacted by customer service to say that the order was entered and the approximate ship date. Shipping was timely. I appreciated the extra effort from customer service.
I ordered 3 blinds and then 9 more two weeks later. One blind didn't close and they replaced it free of charge! I love my blinds! Fast production and shipping with excellent customer service, what more would you want!

Everything about these blinds are cheap. I purchased 4 blackout cellular shades - inside mount. The clips that come with the blinds are flimsy and hard to figure out. I feel like these blinds are going to fall out of the window. These are really hard to install. It took my handyman 2 hours to install 4 blinds.
On the bright side - they look great and do a really good job of blacking out the room.
I'm sorry you aren't happy with your shades. Our premium shades are made by the leading factory for cellular shades in the U.S. I will call you to see what we can do to get this resolved.
Great product. I ordered a color that did bit work and they made it easy for me to get it right. Sent me color samples and then retplaced the order with a different color.

I ordered the day/night cellular shades to be installed in a bedroom. I am very happy with the quality of the shades, the ease of installation, and the way they dress up the bedroom.
I purchased 2 solar blinds (one 12' wide and the other 8' wide). They came quickly, with good installation instructions and were put up the following day. I am very satisfied with the product and saved money over every other website or vendor. A true win-win!
The blind was an outside mount and the valance matches crown molding. Fit perfectly.
We had asked a local "Budget" blinds rep to come visit us for an estimate on a bamboo shade for one window in our living room. Wow! Outrageous! My husband found Blinster online and we looked at their products and found exactly what we were looking for at an amazing price. We measured like they instructed and ordered the shade we wanted. Very pleasant experience. One of our blinds arrived damaged. When I called they asked me to take a picture and send it to them. They told me that they would either remake the blind or if I thought I could fix it they would give me a discount. I was able to fix the blind so they gave me a discount.

I love the look and quality of our new blinds but they arrived without the screws, etc. to install. I called Blindster and they quickly sent us some. The directions were pretty confusing to the point that I used some Youtube videos to supplement them in helping me get them hung. Overal good product and now that I'm familiar with installation I will order again.
Previous orders, everything was great. This order, 3 of the blinds would not open/close. Found the problem. The Small round plastic piece was not inserted into a housing. Once I did that the blinds worked.
