We ordered several sets of blinds and when we were installing one set we found through some manner was three inches too long.
We contacted them, and described the problem, and Blindster sent us another set charging us only for shipping, and told us to give the blinds that were too long to the Salvation Army, or Good Will as a donation.
The blinds look beautiful and look to be of high quality material, and the prices beat their competitors. When we need blinds again we will be contacting Blindster again.
The online experience was great. It was easy to shop, easy to get pricing, and very easy to order. The product is as wonderful and looks exactly like depicted on the website. Definitely will purchase from Blindster.com in the future.

I ordered a faux wood blind to conceal a small alcove. It fit perfect, and although it came with no instructions it was easy to install. Perfectly satisfied.

Very easy to order online. They built to the right sizes and the blinds installed in 20 minutes for each window.
Placed Order received order. Several issues one being my own fault as I mismeasured a window. Blindster replaced the order without question and only charged me $15 for shipping. Which I though was more than fair.
There was also an issue with mounting the valances. Think they could improve on that although it would take some effort on their part and a redesign. They are basically a middleman between the buyer and manufacturer so this will not happen.
Lastly when I received the replacement the Vertical shades were warped which caused them to hang with gaps between several of the blinds. I sent pictures to the rep and they sent them on to the manufacture. Blindster is replacing that but all this could be minimized or avoidable in my view. It would just increase cost on the sellers end.
I don't have any background with window coverings but I was a Quality Manager for 35 yrs for large construction, environmental and facility services contracts.
I had never ordered blinds on line. You made it a simplified process, and I am very satisfied with my blinds.
I am so happy with my new faux wood blinds. We had 7 windows to install the blinds in and the job couldn't have gone any smoother. The instructions for measuring the windows and for the installation were excellent. I will be buying more blinds and shades from Blindster in the future. I highly recommend this company.
Had ordered 2 faux wood blinds, when I received them, one was not working properly. I contacted blindster and they replaced the damaged one free of charge.
My wife & I have been looking & pricing blinds for 3 years but quality & price have kept us from making the purchase. Ordering, shipping went without glitch, blinds arrived well packaged with complete installation hardware and easy to follow instructions. The quality of the raise/lower mechanism is not what I expected. The blinds do not lift and lower evenly and need to be manually 'leveled out' with each use. I regret not paying the extra cost to get the cordless option.
One of the top valances came an inch short, but when I let them know they sent a new one to me. The price was great and they were very willing to make things work. If and when the need comes I will use them again.
Very pleased with the blinds we ordered. Arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Will order more.
The measurement of the blinds were accurate with they arrived. I did notice a few of the blinds had minor scrapes and a few chips on unnoticeable places. But the affordability makes up for it, i guess. Overall not bad.
