We ordered one blinds set and overall constructions is flimsier than from a competitor we had previously used. There are also too many strings hanging down - 2 on the left and 4 on the right. I'm not sure why that is necessary. Once installed, the left mechanism to open/close blinds didn't work so we had to take them down and see what was wrong. Turns out a piece had come loose, and we were able to see how it goes together and fix it. Now they are up and it works OK but I had to tell my son not to mess with it.
Ordered on line and it came just as they said. Easy to install and is fine for the purpose.
The experience was easy enough. That made it fun to install the blinds.
I ordered a relatively long blinds. In shipping it was bent. I was able to still mount them but it was difficult. I felt there should have been something stiff in the box to stabilize it otherwise the blinds look great.
Had problems due to woodwork in the way. Blinds should have been a little narrower.
This was an extremely awesome experience! I was amazed and surprised how fast my blinds arrived. The measurements were perfectly accurate. I will order from Blindster.com again. I already recommended them to my next door neighbor who came into my house and liked my blinds. Thank you so much!

YOU HAVE A BIG PROBLEM ON YOUR HANDS... it appears that your website is not secure OR one of your staff is stealing your customers' credit card information and going shopping! I opened a Bank of America credit card for the specific purpose of using during the remodel of my home. Before my order with Blindster.com, I had used the card 30 days prior with a well respected local business that I have purchased from many times and always use the same Sales Manager. I used the card on September 9th with Blindster.com. Then, on September 26th, Bank of America called me to see if I had made purchases at WalMart for $488.86 - EPOR Tireland for $272.48 - Flip Karts for $569.96 and the list goes on. I HAD NOT! Of course, I don't have to pay for these charges... but guess what folks... WE ALL PAY FOR THIS with higher costs that get passed down to us by the banks and the vendors who don't get paid! As a first time buyer at Blindster.com, I reviewed the customer reviews and noticed that another person had mentioned that their card had been fraudulently used after buying from Blindster. I figured it was probably just a fluke as it happened many months ago. Boy was I wrong! In fact, I just went through the reviews again and guess what... Rebecca M - 7/6/16; Wt W - 8/19/16; - Bree J - 8/31/16; and Harrison H - 9/5/16 all reported their credit cards were hacked after using at Blindster.com. Mr. Cox, you need to seriously look at your staff and/or the security of your website. While you make a decent product, I won't be ordering again from Blindster.com. Very frustrated and disappointed to say the least.
Every one fit perfectly into the windows I measured and they came within the time they said they would. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs custom blinds, home owners and construction workers alike.

Everything was delivered quickly and product was perfect plus getting a 35% discount which made the deal much better
All the blinds looked great. I hope my renter enjoys them for many years to come. But I was surprised to see slight variations in hardware. Like the plastic clips that held the valance over the head rail. The count and type varied. Almost like being supplied by different vendors. The packing varied a little also.
I purchased 2 bamboo shades in roman shade style with privacy backing. I'm wishing I purchased more! I'm super pleased with the shades and my experience with Blindster. I'm some one who needs the materials in hand to make decisions. Their free samples was a welcome find. I purchased during the Labor Day sale and it really helped bring down the price to quite a deal. I don't remember how long from purchase to unboxing but it was only a couple of weeks. It's helpful to have two people to install as they are a bit awkward. I hung mine as an outside mount 6 inches above the top of my trim so that when they are open all the trim shows and more light come through. They look great and operate smoothly.
Customer service. Christine was quick to help me out with an issue. No fuss just facts. Love them. Blinds are the best price and love the color.
I am very dissatisfied with the end product. I ordered 3 blinds, 2 of them were acceptable the other was not. They reordered one which was worse than the original one so they reordered again and now this one is no better than the first two unacceptable blinds. I want to send them all back for a full refund.
From researching the product to placing my order to receiving my order, everything was delightfully easy. I love my blind and when I decide to make the change and complete the rest of my house, I will be contacting Blindster.
