Description matched what was delivered and is of good quality. Delivers blackout as promised and material looks good. Wouldn't mind having two more plastic lifters since the blind is over 40 inches wide. Fit was right on.
Our blinds came fairly quickly - within a week or so. Of the 8 blinds ordered, only two arrived with functioning pull cords. The other 6 needed the rod to be routed through the gear. One set of blinds was not completely assembled - a string wasn't pulled through the slots. All of these items were things we could fix without sending back, but the bottom line is that we shouldn't have had to fix them. There was also one set of blinds that was made in a completely different finish than what we ordered and than the other seven blinds. Customer service got a replacement to us within a week.
My blinds were perfect. I love them. This makes the third time that I have ordered blinds from here and have been very very satisfied. Will continue to order from here. Thank you for my beautiful blinds. Ordering was very simple and it did not take long for me to get my order! Great job!
We ordered the 2.5" faux wood blinds for windows we added to our house in order to match our existing Grabber blinds. They had the best price for a matching product. There was a mistake in the order and they were very quick to correct it. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is that, when compared side by side to my 12 year old blinds, the mechanism on these new ones seem a little flimsier. That is something difficult to asses when looking at a sample. I will totally order from them again!

I ordered three faux-wood blinds. One worked perfectly. The other two blinds would not close tightly. You turned in one direction, and then it was like the ratchet mechanism would just run out of "gears" to run... there was a clicking noise. It ended up that I was able to got it working by sliding the hexagon tilt rod completely out of the string units and then rearranged the mechanism so that it had more ratchet room to use, to get the tilt completely shut.
The blinds arrived on time and were exactly what I ordered. I am very happy with them. I had never ordered blinds before and called customer service for advice. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. All around a great experience.
We were saddened that a set of blinds we received were defective. The reps at Blindster went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied!
Ordered a room darkening roller shade. Quality of the shade was excellent but didn't darken the room enough for me. Customer Service answered promptly, gave me a refund and I reordered the blackout shade, which worked perfectly. No complaints here!
These blinds are awful, we just opened them today and attempted to put them up. We used them once before about 2 years ago and had a wonderful experience, but it seems Blindster has gone downhill since then. The black out pleated shades we purchased are all wonky when hung up and don't even go down all the way. One was the wrong size and and two are completely damaged. They appear to be cheaply made. Hopefully we'll be able to get this fixed and eventually leave a good review.
The ordering process was easy and arrived sooner than promised. Easy to install and look great/operate well. These replaced real wood blinds that wore out and warped over time. Good price savings. Thanks!
The blinds were delivered when promised and looked exactly as described. The installation was fairly simple. I would definitely order from Blindster again and have already recommended them to friends.
Blindster not only provided a better quality blind for less than the home improvement stores but they also have a better fit than those stores. The stores will do a width cut for you but you are limited on the length which allows for store bought ones to have way too much bunched up at the bottom. Blindster's blinds truly look customer for your windows!
I just bought these new blinds and put up them up and one of them already does not open and close. The string is not connected somehow.
I ordered three vertical blinds, two with the wand and a third very large blind with center open/closure. The were delivered within a week of ordering. I am extremely happy with all three. They fit perfectly and the price did not break the bank, great quality. If I need window coverings in the future I will order again. I would highly recommend ordering from Blindster.com. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
