Excellent. I was skeptical but found I had no reason to be. The order-process was simple. In fact, I suspected I may have made an error in measuring, added a note about it in the "Comments" box during order placement, and very quickly got a call from Blinsters.com customer service AND their production department. They confirmed that I did err but stated that they understood and would easily reenter the correct length. They did and I received a perfectly fitting set of 8 ft vertical blinds. I will buy again from Blindster.com!
We purchased blinds for the entire house and they arrived very quickly and each one was a perfect fit. I really like the "two on one" head rail feature that allows us to adjust two blinds independently. The magnetic valence for the larger blinds is very strong and does not budge or bow. I wish we could have gotten these on the smaller blinds too instead of the clips just as a matter of convenience (the clips are perfectly fine). The value and quality for the money is unbeatable. I highly recommend them.
Unfortunately one of the shades would not draw square to the sill, so I called for a replacement and the second one was perfect
Was great except it smelled to vinyl that we had to air it out for a couple of weeks before we hung it. Works great now and is indeed room darkening as advertised. Also your cut to fit was perfectly on.
I am please with the product I received from Blindster. It was back ordered, which was not an issue for me, but did arrive on the alternate date as promised.
The only issue I have with the blinds is that they make a great deal of noise when you adjust them up and down. The plastic ball cord used to adjust the blinds makes a clacking noise that is crazy loud.
Other than the clacking noise the blinds are perfect. They installed with ease and allow the perfect amount of light and privacy. Also, they are beautiful in the windows.

I now have Blindster Blinds in every room in my house and I will only purchase through Blindster. The quality of the blinds I have purchased is very good and if ever a problem they work very hard and fast to get if fixed. The people in the Customer Service Department are extraordinary! Taking on every concern with the utmost of care. Great prices... absolutely no reason to shop elsewhere!
I ordered a custom size top down, bottom up blind for our large front window. The blind arrived quickly and works well. I would say the sizing tends to run a bit small (from a previous order) so I added an extra half an inch onto the recommended size from the fitting instructions.
Ordered blinds for the first time without valence tops very much knowing the valence tops are only able to be ordered with the blinds at the same time because of customization. When I received the blinds, they were very high quality and very well made, however after installation, it just didn't look right without the valence tops. After contacting customer service, they gave me a choice of a full refund or donating the current blinds to a local charity for a 90% refund. Really amazing policy that they have and wanted to share that spirit of giving and donated the blinds as well as an extra desktop computer I had laying around to Goodwill. Thanks and will shop from Blindster again!

This is, I believe, the third or fourth time we have ordered from you. Blinds are as advertised, came on time, easy to install, and they look great! This is whom we'll use for blinds all the time.
Ordered 3 blinds 2 came the wrong size called customer service and they were awesome I didn't have to send the incorrect blinds back donated them to a charity and the correct ones came quickly and they are nice blinds would recommend this company
First of all, I received 1/2 of my order & someone else's. It was a mistake in shipping, the last 2 numbers were transposed. Found mine in Florida. Finally got mine, & the shutter portion was broken on both sides. Called & was told to send a picture of breaks. When am I going to get the new shutter portion? I was supposed to be informed of delivery through e-mail & it has been almost one week since last phone call. PLEASE ADVISE
Linda was excellent in her attention to my issue. She responded quickly to my emails and was very nice. She took care of it from start to finish. She is the reason companies stay in business. The blind was not cut correctly so those people are wasting the companies money. It should go for a raise for her!
The shades look great. I just wish I had ordered the top down ones, and i don't like the cords.
I ordered the least expensive faux wood blinds in white for our cabin. The blinds arrived quicker than promised and were a better quality than I expected for the price. I will definitely use this company in the future and have already told several people of my great experience.
Sandra in customer service was incredible. She noticed that I had ordered a blind in which I had not been sent a sample. She delivered one promptly, making sure that I ordered exactly what I wanted and later called down to production when I had a last minute size change. She could not have been better. My blinds arrived quickly and are perfect! I am so happy!
I ordered 2" wood blinds for most of my house from Blindster for the first time in 9/2016 and I have been very satisfied with the quality of the blinds and the ease of ordering process. Customer service was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely be reordering from them in the future.
