The blinds were top quality for the price. The sizing was spot on, based on my dimensions, and very easy to hang. The only suggestion I would make, is the samples should also include a piece of the blind backing material
I am disappointed in the quality of the blinds. I feel these are not well made and I am already having issues opening and closing a couple of blinds.

I ordered a total of 9 blinds (well for 9 windows). Several windows are quite large so I measured more than twice. Getting the correct measurements are key As well as double checking it's right when you get the email. I had inside and outside mount blinds.
They all arrived within about a week and they look great. They seem sturdy and operate easily, so far the cats haven't destroyed any!
I would absolutely order from Blindster again!
The measuring instructions were clear. Fortunately we did it right. The blinds are of good quality and installation was easy. Pleased with the results.
The wings come off even with the slightest pull. I installed it less than a month and 4 of them already broken. My cheap apartment blinds are much better than these.

From answering our questions prior to ordering, all the way through the process, which included making a change to add the protection plan, Blindster.com personnel were confidence-inspiring professionals. The deluxe light filtering double cellular shades with the cordless top down bottom up option we ordered are high-quality, very attractive, perfect fit, and were easy to install ourselves. I ordered multiple shades including sheer, roman, and roller. Most of the product was wonderful. I had issues with two roller shades. The customer service was very polite and helpful and my issue were completely resolved

I contact this company to confirm my measurements BEFORE ordering therefore felt confident I would get what I ordered. Sadly my inside mount shade was too small leaving large gaps on the side! I would've been better off with a standard shade purchased anywhere else. I contacted the company and they claim it's their standard practice to change the measurements at the factory without telling the customer. Also their FIT OR FREE policy means I'd have to pay another fee to fix their mistake. I have spread the word with my friends - Blindster doesn't stand by their products! You're better off elsewhere!
UPDATE: After my above review, I received a call from Blindster to send me the correct shade free. Sadly I had tried to work with them privately over several weeks before sharing my poor customer experience. I've finally received the shade but still won't go back.
I'm sorry you got a shade at the wrong size and that you are not happy with our normal policies. All factories in the U.S. make a width deduction on all blinds/shades ordered as inside mount. I will call you to get you a shade at the new size at no charge to you.
I order my shades 2 weeks ago and received them yesterday. They are now offering a 40% discount but will not honor the price difference. Any other company I have ever shopped from always honors the price difference especially in that short of a time frame. Last time I shop with them. I guess I'll be using 3 Day Blinds going forward.

Working with Blindser.com has been an excellent experience. All total, I purchased sixteen (16) assorted blinds for my windows/doors. The first order I placed I gave the incorrect size and Blindser.com was so good about it, they didn't even charge me. Of course, I went on to complete the next fifteen (15) and I'm so happy with all the results. The blinds look great, the delivery was quick, the customer service was excellent and they were always willing to discuss/recommend any queries I had. I love the different colors and styles they have to offer as well. THANKS & I do recommend Blindser.com - much better service than in the big box stores!
