Blinds arrived without any installation hardware, one shade was broken. Contacted customer service, they replied promptly, a week later still haven't recived hardware.

I have purchased blinds from Blindster for at least ten years. Their quality has been consistent and the blinds hold up great. I just recently put in a new window and ordered a blind to match the windows that flank it. Even though the shades for the existing windows were ordered about three years ago, the new one matched perfectly and my wall of windows looks great.

We ordered the blinds and was told to expect about a 10 day to 2 week delivery including building the blinds. Received blinds after some two MONTHS had passed. Was not even told about part of the order being backordered until I made an inquiry as to where our order was. Someone should have notified us.

Helpful people on the phone and they deliver exactly what you order and the quality of the blinds and hardware is excellent. Oh yeah, the prices are very good.

Ordered several blinds. One did not fit but their customer service took care of it (after a bit of back and forth). Used them several times and usually everything goes very smoothly.

All of our factories require photos to show that a blind or shade was made to the wrong size. None of them will remake the shades at no charge without the photos. I will call you to get this resolved.

The blinds are perfect. I was amazed at how fast they arrived after I ordered them. The color is exactly what was depicted on the web site and I am happy every day when I can block the sun from glaring into my eyes.

The website, the ordering process, the price, the service, the communication we're all very satisfactory. I probably should have expected the cheap plastic looking faux wood material for the price, but honestly was a bit underwhelmed. The house full of blinds went into a rental investment property and are truly nicer than the remains of the previous window treatments. If they had been for my own home I would have real regrets. The company offers free samples and I would advise taking advantage of this feature. I did not. I would do business with this company again but I would want to see samples first.

5 sun blades came in wrong size. Blindster re-order all 5 five, but I had to pay $15 for each one totaling $75. Although they honored to replace, Customer Service should not have charged $75 for, it is totally their fault for sending wrong size canvas

I see from our correspondence that you had the problem with your outside mounted shades. Roller Shades are always ordered with the width of the widest part of the shade which is at the top where the mechanisms are located. The fabric will be 1" to 1 1/2" narrower than the ordered width.
