It was so easy to shop for blinds on the website and when I had a question the representative that I spoke to was extremely helpful. Have since bought more and have recommended to some people!
We ordered several sets of faux wood blinds, one very large, 105". Of course, the large one was damaged during shipping and arrived dented and warped. (Why is it never the small items that get damaged?) I was worried that, due to the cost to replace, we would have to put up a good fight to get it replaced, but the customer service rep was very nice, we sent photos, and within a couple of weeks, our new set arrived! Our original order was also missing a valance for one of the smaller blinds, which was sent quickly, as soon as I let them know. The finished product looks and functions great! We are quite impressed with the quality, given the value-level prices.
The product is very good however the blinds are cut to the exact inch thus when fully extended there is about a 1 inch gap between the bottom of the blind and the window frame. The delivery time was quite slow approx 3 weeks.
Our blinds came quickly, they gave us an additional percentage off that I didn't even expect, they fit beautifully and were easy to hang, I would go with this company any day! We plan on buying more blinds from them in the near future. I bought both the faux wood and the aluminum blinds. Both are wonderfully constructed... Excellent bang for the buck!
Poor packing... boxes were pretty beat up upon arrival... but thankfully, there was no damage. Blinds look great!
Everything arrived in good shape and the installation was easier than expected. They work and look good. Only 1 problem was that the cord to raise and lower arrived incorrect. The options were silver metal or a colored plastic. And we paid extra for the dark brown colored plastic. What we received was white colored plastic. They work but sure wish we got what we ordered.

Windows on beach, so need to be washable. Knowing tenants would pull corded blinds and break them these are perfect solution to using more expensive shutters. Very happy so far!
The "top down, bottom up" shade is FAB! The fact that you can order a blind in non-standard size is great since nothing in our house seems to be standard. The service was fast and the product is great! We ordered one blind first just to make sure we knew what we were doing and then ordered two more after that! (It is great that if you measured incorrectly you aren't penalized, but we still ordered just the one blind at first because we thought it would be fair to have blinds re-made unnecessarily!)
The directions were very clear on how to measure the space for the blind. Followed the instructions and sent in. The blinds did take awhile as they are made in Taiwan but they were a perfect fit and a very nice blind for the price. Would order from them again.
Our outdoor shades arrived and after installation, our back porch was even better than it had been. We loved the porch, but the afternoon sun made it impossible to sit there between about 4 - 7 p.m. These blinds still allow plenty of light, but filter out the harsh afternoon sun. They arrived in less than two weeks in perfect condition. This was a great purchase.
On line ordering was quick. Received the products as they were completed not as a whole group. I was able to install the blinds as they can in. Customers service was excellent. I have two minor problems and a phone call was all that was needed Thank for such quick service.
One of the best experiences I've ever had with an online purchase. I received a damaged blind, and after reporting it. The matter was handled very quick. I received a new blind in a matter of days. They fit perfectly in my windows. I will be recommending this company to my friends.
I ordered plantation shutters online and the process was pretty easy. I got a follow-up call to clarify a few things -- they wanted to get it right the first time. The shutters arrived on time and were pretty easy to install. We are so pleased with the way they look and fit! Wonderful experience. If we decide to order more, I'll definitely go with Blindster.
Each blind that we purchased was a perfect fit and very easy to install. The samples that I received were an exact match to the product I chose. The one thing that I was concerned about was the time frame of delivery. My suggestion to anyone ordering is don't procrastinate like I did. However, the blinds arrived in time for our finished project and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Blindster.
Blinds are easily installed. We had a slight problem in that two blinds we ordered were not as dark as we requested. They were promptly replaced.
We had a bid for the same blinds from Costco for $4,000; you were considerably lower, although we did have to install. It was easy!
The product was fine but despite my very acute measurements the product came in short of the interior width mount. I had to shim the interior mount in order for the shade to fit the space. I ordered 4 shades and had problems with all of them. I had two locations with the same over all width and the shades were two different sizes. And to top it off I received shipping info 4 weeks after I received the shades--not a well oiled operation if you ask me.
Very helpful! We needed assistance with a correct size and type roller shade and you were very patient, resulting in a perfect fit. Also we were sent samples of the colors which really helped to make the best choice.

We ordered the blinds and they keep out the harsh sun. Came on time. They don't raise perfectly hence the 4 stars.

I'm sorry you had problem with your order. If the factory made the shades to the wrong size we can remake your shades at no charge. If you need them made at a different size we can do that under our Fit or Free Guarantee, we pay for the new shades and you just pay for shipping.
Unfortunately, you are correct about the shipping notification. We had a time period where the FedEx tracking numbers were not loading into our system properly. When we got it corrected and loaded all the tracking numbers notifications are automatically sent.
