We've done three rooms with three different types/styles of blinds/shades. All were exactly as ordered, reasonably priced and look fabulous. Working on the next room and will be contacting Blindster for our window coverings
Ordered binds was simple process. The blinds arrived quickly. No instructions in any of the boxes, but once I got the first set figured, the others went like clockwork. The last set of blinds I hung, had a defective tilt cord. Called Blindster and they shipped out a replacement part. Took about a week to get. Would have thought I would get it quicker, but all fixed and look and work great. Just ordered 3 more blinds for another room. I would highly recommend these blinds to anyone looking for good quality blinds at a reasonable cost.
Product came as represented & on time quoted, minus mounting hardware which was sent later in separate mailing. Quality is good & fit first time. However the mounting & adjustment instructions are very much lacking to support such a good product. Representative, James, is helpful, but not readily available during installation. Recommendation: Get a tech-installation writer.

Love the fact the blinds are the same color on the outside, so can be color coordinated with each room.
The blinds we ordered were, once again, perfect. Since I've now covered all the windows in my house, I sadly won't be using Blindster.com again but will certainly recommend them to others.
I have ordered shades and wooden blinds 5 years ago and was very pleased with the quality. When I recently ordered I have some difficulties.and the customer service made sure I was happy with the new product they sent me. I will be ordering again.
I bought 4 faux wood blinds. The 1 large one would not open/ close after install. I was afraid I would have to return it. I checked it out and found rod was not engaging gear. Got it back together and it worked. Blind is harder to open /close than other but maybe because its heavier. I will give a chance and hope it holds up.

The online ordering process was easy, despite the wide array of options. The blinds came actually before the specified delivery date, which worked out great. Installation was easy, even if you are not a DIY expert. This was an all around pleasant experience, and the blinds were just as described. We are very happy with the final result, so we can highly recommend the Blindster!
We searched the typical home stores in the area for blinds for 2 rooms. We found next to nothing, Only white or dark brown and none in the exact size we needed. Ordering from that cost a fortune. Spent 15 minutes on the Blindster site and less that 2 weeks later we had just what we wanted in the proper size. Installation was a breeze.
From the time we called and placed our order the representative was great. Made sure we measured right. Sent us sample colors before we put in our final order.

I purchased a house full of blinds. Several started to break as there's a flaw in the manufacturing. Blindster accommodated replacement of some of the blinds, but the product flaw on the new blinds is the same. They'll likely break again in 9-12 months.
I ordered a mini blind for the kitchen and one for my bedroom. I was very pleased with the quickness of the delivery both times. Also, the blinds are very nicely made. I will definitely order from Blindster again and I will also recommend to family and friends.
