Installing in a metal building. Screws provided hit metal and pushed out the window frame. The window and blinds measured exactly right and we couldn't figure out why the blinds didn't fit at the top. Had to cut off the top rail, 4 panels and the valance to fit. Cracked one of the panels in the process and the break was obvious. Finally figured out what was happening as we installed the third blind (the second didn't result in obvious damage). Called and explained the situation and was offered a substantial discount to buy a replacement for the first broken one.

Great quality blinds for a very reasonable price. I needed a set of blinds that were very narrow and most places could not make them the size I needed. I went to blindster.com, entered the dimensions and a few days later, they arrived on my doorstep. Simple! They even kept me informed of production and shipping time. I would definitely use again.
After looking at the national name blinds, someone mentioned Blindster.com and I am so glad they did. Ordered two large solar shades from the Exotic Collection with the cassette header and they are perfect for our picture windows at the beach. They are blocking out the sun yet one can see through the fabric and they are very attractive. I ordered both during a sale and paid less than half what the national brand would have cost.
Very easy to do, very good service, I miss measured because my sheetrock was so crooked. But no problem they sent a replacement for a flat $15 charge and I donated the one I mismeasured to charity.
The experience was fine but the product has a design flaw and does not function well. When screwed into a side wall, the screws interfere with the roller and make it very difficult to roll and unroll.
Great shopping experience, great pricing, great product on arrival. My only comment would be to communicate the phase from ordering to delivery better in email.
Samples came quickly. Very easy to order online. I measured correctly so no problems in that area. Easy to install just make sure you use a long level. I taped a smaller level to a longer board to span 54". Good thing as the opening was off by 1/2" on one side which would have affected the roll-up hitting the bracket. It really looks nice and the quality is very good. Price was very reasonable.
I'm sorry you had a problem with ship damage on your order. Unfortunately, ship damage is a constant challenge when shipping window coverings because they are heavy and awkwardly shaped. Especially when your order a blind that is 105" wide.

Every person I spoke to went out of there way to help me. One of the sweet ladies who worked in the office even gave me a call back after hrs. I will use them again and again. I have already recommended them to my daughter who is building a house.
