I ordered 22 blinds from blindsters.com and didn't have not one issue with them. They were cut perfectly, I am very pleased with them and they look great. I ordered the faux wood in the chestnut color. I highly recommend blindsters. Saved me a lot of money too!
Wrong size delivered. I ordered 47 1/2 in width, I received blinds measuring 46 1/2in. Shipping carton was damaged so I could not return items. No installation instructions were included in the package.
I ordered the super value faux wood in white and they arrived just as expected and fit perfectly.

We were in FL for a short time and needed blinds for our rental. Immediately after arriving, I ordered blinds. When it came close to time I expected them, I called to ask status. They said they ha never received my order! I freaked out. Customer Service said if I could remeasure and give info asap, she would process right away. She put it on customer rush and we received them 5 days later! And they were perfect!
We just bought a new house and I am replacing all the blinds. The directions on how to measure and install them are spot on. My shipments have arrived in perfect condition since they are wrapped and bundled to protect the blinds. I have bought both the wood blinds and the faux woods blinds and I love both. I haven't bought blinds anywhere else since I bought my first one!
It was very easy to order these and get them installed in a short amount of time. The most difficult part was the measuring for the sizes. I love the way they look. If you are looking for black outs as I was these are not for you. But if you are looking for great style these are for you. I have a mid century home with higher windows and curtains would look old and dated... these look sharp and crisp. I do wish they made the room darker but for style I can live with more light!
We ordered a number of blinds totaling over $1,000. They all (except one) fit and installed as instructed.
The one glitch is we contacted company to replace the one blind and they have not responded in three days time, yet.
I love my ne w blinds and they were so affordable! The shipping was so convinient!
