I was notified every step of the way from when they were being made to when they were mailed. I love my new shades, great quality!
The blinds I ordered were up to my expectations. My first order was a bit confusing because the size that was measured and what I got was different. As a result I had to reorder two of them ( I had a total of six)
I also had to pay again because by the time I realized that the sizes were incorrect 30 days passed and as per the company's policy you have to pay again.
But the next time they made them it was the correct size.
The fit was perfect and the blinds I ordered (banded shade) were exactly what I was looking for.
Our blinds arrived quickly and are good quality, easy to install. This will be our first experience with cordless blinds, so jury is out, but they seem well made and easy to use.

Purchas 3,shades came through perfect. Week later ordered another one, come through a different shade of tan. Sent pictures in, told me it's the way sun is reflecting, Not true. Took it down and can definitely see the difference.

Everything was great. Easy to replace old blinds with cordless ones, installation was less than an hour for 2 blinds. Product is superior to what I was replacing and NO CORDS!
At first, I was a little skeptical about buying custom-made blinds over the Internet and doing my own measuring. However, I am glad I did. They arrived on time and they fit perfectly! I will definitely order again.
Many phone calls. Problem with the outside mount hardware. Many video's were sent to me which did not match the hardware. Finally dealing directly with the manufacturer we were able to get them installed but even with the video sent from manufacturer, the hardware was not the same.
At least 10 calls were made to Blindsgalore. Thankfully I had a friend helping me who referred Blindsgalore to me. She installed many of your blinds in the past and was totally frustrated this time! I do really like the blinds but it was a frustrating experience installation wise.
