This was our 4th time ordering blinds from Blindsgalore. My daughter is very happy with the new blackout shade for her room which replaced a vertical blind and heavy curtains. The new blind does a better job than both of those did and it opened up the room so it doesn't feel as small. Very easy installation.

Came beautifully assembled and smooth installation and instructions.

You have a wonderful website that makes shopping very easy! Love all of the many choices and am so very happy with my blinds that beautify my new house!

Skylights want to slightly open up. They will not stay completely closed.

The cordless shade was well designed. The samples were great as was the communication. I appreciated the updates. The only issue was that the installation directions was poor in that the description was hard to follow. This was not my first time having to install a cordless shade but every company is different. I would appreciate a specific step by step video and paper guide or downloadable PDF.

User friendly website. Plenty of choice's and variety of colors and options.

We were not at all happy with the chain guard attached to the chain (a Canadian safety regulation) as it impeded the open/close ease of movement of the blind. Had it not been removable, we would have returned the blind. We removed the guard, the blind moved easily, and we kept it. The size, colour, and effectiveness in blocking light were exactly as advertised.

The RV blinds I ordered were top notch quality. I love the color. So easy to install. Made my RV look beautiful. Shipping was faster than I expected for a custom order. Love them!

This is the third time we purchase shades (the day and night honeycomb shades) from Blindsgalore and we really liked them, they work perfect for bedrooms!

The blinds are great! We had to match existing blinds in two windows — they look great! Our only problem was with measuring. Neither of the windows had even measurements, but we improvised and switched them to 2 other windows that fit better! Disaster averted. They fit perfectly!

I have worked in Sales and Customer service for over 30 years and I can honestly say that Blindsgalore offered the best CS I have ever seen. More so now since the pandemic has created so many unreachable and unresponsive companies. There is an actual phone number to reach an actual person if you want to. I found their website so user friendly I placed my order on line. I immediately received a phone call from their sales person to check in. He offered to send me samples if I wanted before placing my order. I took him up on the offer and asked for four color samples. I took him up in the offer choosing 4 colors that I had considered. I received an email from Customer Service letting me know she was picking my sample order and another after she shipped it.The whole team followed my order and kept me informed all along the way. I have not seen this level of CS in years if ever. My order arrived within about 2 weeks. Along with an email with detailed installation instructions. I was so impressed with how well packaged everything was and not surprised when we found everything to be in perfect order. The sizes were perfect and matched the sample color perfectly. My husband is super handy and has hung blinds on many occasions. He installed the blinds quickly and easily. Everything was precise and they hung, raised and lowered, and looked beautiful. I even received a follow up email from the founders of the company checking in on my purchase. Seriously the best communication and follow through one could wish for. Based on the blinds I chose and the outstanding service I highly recommend this company and am already measuring all my windows for future purchases!

Very satisfied with blinds. The only complaint is not being kept updated on progress and taking two weeks longer than originally told it would take.

The blinds and the price are good and as described. I did have difficulty with the website and contacting my assigned agent, both by email and phone. It took several phone calls, but the order finally went through. The blinds arrived appropriately 2 1/2 weeks after ordering.
