I waited many weeks for the blind to be delivered. I had measured to install inside the window frame, and have installed many blinds that way in the past. I didn't realize that the metal hardware would be clearly visible at the top of the top of the frame; I've never seen anything like this before. The blind itself has the appearance as it was described, but the quality of the slats seems only fair; they are lightweight and flimsy, and appears vulnerable to breaking or splitting.

Remote operation of blind was not an option as originally discussed on phone when ordering
Instructions weren't included. Was difficult to find them on the website so had to call customer service. Also difficult to find my frame type in the 60 pages of instructions.

This is the second time I have ordered blinds from Blinds galore. The order was processed in a timely manor and the blinds are what I expected. One of the blinds has a faulty rod turn and I have to push the rod in to turn the blinds. I don't think this will last. The other problem is the valance. The plastic holders are cheap and the valance is able to pull out of them because the clip is open on both ends.
