The Blindsgalore site is very easy to use and as long as you measure accurately, your blinds should arrive just as you ordered.
My only small complaint is that I did not receive a confirmation email and called in to confirm the order had gone through. Customer Service was extremely apologetic and confirmed the order, which actually arrived sooner than it had originally been estimated. All in all, a great experience.
I used Blinds galore before at a previous build. But this time for some reason it's been a disaster. I have called about my Stair A shade. It first arrived the wrong size. 2. then the wrong color, 3 now the wrong size again. Sent the first one again. I'm so confused on the issue.
The product was simple to measure for and install and it looking great.
I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because delivery was a little slow with the order being held up at customs given I am in Canada.
Placing my order was easy, the price was fair, and the blinds were well packaged and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Also the blinds were extremely well made and the correct color and size I ordered. They were also very easy to install and look great in our room. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for quality "do it yourself " blinds.
Blind was cheaply made and looks cheaply made. Too much of a hassle to return it.
