The directions have you installing into the top of the window frame, which was time consuming and difficult. It would have been super easy to install into the side of the window frame.

I ordered a wood cornice with a 2" return. The brackets I was sent were for a 3" return. When I called to request the proper brackets, I was told that I was sent the only brackets they had and I should send the cornice back so they could make it a 3" return! No common sense. Why sell me a 2" return if you don't have the proper hardware to install it? I'm instructed to return the cornice? Really?

The blinds look good and work well. The only issue is one of the roller shades arrived missing one of its mounting brackets, so it can't be mounted. Currently working with Blindsgalore to get a replacement piece.
We regret the missing component and have arranged a new set to be shipped out. Your understanding is appreciated.

The blinds arrived in good order, easily installed and looking great in window.
It was easy to order and my blinds fit perfectly!. I had no problems figuring out how to navigate the website and was informed of the delivery process the entire time.
This was our 3rd home using Blindsgalore. Ordering was ok but it was difficult to get shipping updates. The blinds are pretty awful. You have to pull so hard to get them down I don't think they'll last very long. Already the clips are breaking off having to pull so hard. Maybe next year I'll throw out these $660 blinds and start over with another company. Will never use Blindsgalore again.

Ordering these was as easy as it always is. I've ordered several sets of blinds from you over the years. The product is quality. The lead time is fairly substantial, and for the first time, I didn't get my initial choice, as the specific color I wanted wasn't available?! Also, these blinds are VERY hard to twist with the wand. So-much-so that it bears mentioning. My alternate color is acceptable, however, and will accent the flooring and decor. The room-darkening effect, when closed, is also what I was looking for in this room.
The blinds arrived very quickly. They were extremely easy to install and look great.

While we do love to work with our friend's in Canada, we are based in California... and Canada does have very strict cord child safety laws, which we are required to adhere to.
