I received my drapes exactly when you said I would. They are exactly how they were pictured. They were easy to install and look beautiful in my home.

Blinds were most affordable I could find. And quality is great. Light filtering works well and the top down bottom up feature is perfect and easy to use. Really easy installation!
I placed my order and was given a tracking number, that tracking number said the blinds had been delivered to a different state and city. When I called to ask, I was told it was an error and would be corrected. It was never corrected, and I had no idea the status of my order because every time I checked, the status was "Delivered". When I would call, I was told my order was in process and the tracking would be updated. That never happened until they were actually sent out.
Easy to order and install. Delivery company just left the package without ringing my bell, but luckily I received the text notification from Fedex and I checked.
This is the 5th or 6th order with blinds galore and they have all been perfect. This order was exactly what I ordered, but unfortunately, it did not fit because I forgot to take into account the depth of the blind slats which do not fit between our door handle and the door. Be sure to measure correctly!

The blinds are amazing. They look very nice and most important are very easy to instal.
I had ordered 4 large cellular shades for big glass panels that are in my passive solar room. They sent a number color samples and shared recommendations and information. When the blinds arrived, they were perfect. I loved them! However, during the warranty period, I experienced some issues with the blinds. I reached out to Blindsgalore and told them what was going on and sent photos. They had the blinds remade and the replacement blinds are now installed. While having an issue with the original blinds was not great, it was wonderful to have done business with a company who stood by their product and was as equally as professional and courteous when resolving an problem as they were when I was making my original purchase. I'm a loyal customer. I would recommend them and I will use them again for any future needs.
I've ordered several motorized curtains from Blindsgalore and have been happy with them. Even though there were a couple snags with motors, and directions, the staff was helpful in filling the gap for me. They are a legit online company who has the customers interest as their priority.

I have purchased before and had a great experience. I wasn't as pleased this time as the instructions for how to install the blinds wasn't easily found on the website. The product should have a direct link to the guide. I shouldn't have to search to figure out which blinds use which install guide. The product was the same as previously but the mounting had changed and made it more difficult this time.
Another email asking about the delivery status on an old order that is actually a request for a review. Well here it is. You shipped it, get the status yourself. If you wanted a review then directly ask for a review.
It gives me pause that you use deceptive emails asking if an old order was delivered as a ruse for a review. And what happened to my saved configuration that I can no longer find on your site. Previously it would be under Cart and ask if I want to move it to cart.
I called to be sure the 50% off would apply as I waited for my samples and was assured I could contact a service agent and all would be good. They were excellent and the "guessed at" color selections were correct, so the order was placed seamlessly. The product arrived as we were a mess due to bathroom renovations and again customer service assured me it would be okay if I could not verify all had arrived or finish checking everything was here. On opening I found the missing items were my fault, I never ordered them (oops). But the product looks great. I have opted to hire someone to put them up rather than get the experience between blind 1 and blind 19, so ordering my "oops" and getting an installer lined up. The color, based on the closed mini-blind, is perfect for the renovated bathrooms and will flow seamlessly, and look cleaner, than the 20+ year old blinds currently hanging. Great experience.
