I called to be sure the 50% off would apply as I waited for my samples and was assured I could contact a service agent and all would be good. They were excellent and the "guessed at" color selections were correct, so the order was placed seamlessly. The product arrived as we were a mess due to bathroom renovations and again customer service assured me it would be okay if I could not verify all had arrived or finish checking everything was here. On opening I found the missing items were my fault, I never ordered them (oops). But the product looks great. I have opted to hire someone to put them up rather than get the experience between blind 1 and blind 19, so ordering my "oops" and getting an installer lined up. The color, based on the closed mini-blind, is perfect for the renovated bathrooms and will flow seamlessly, and look cleaner, than the 20+ year old blinds currently hanging. Great experience.

Blinds appear to be good quality. Install was easy. Delivery was about a week later than specified. But during the holidays so not unexpected.

And then, in the middle of a brutal snowstorm, they arrived! Unfortunately, we couldn't open the box for days. When we finally did, a note greeted us: **"Please check all items within 5 business days."** Well, that day *was* our fifth business day—wish we had known that little detail sooner! Thankfully, the staff made sure everything was there.

Next came installation—also an adventure in the unknown. The instructions? Barely there. The video on the website? As clear as a foggy windshield. Luckily, YouTube saved the day, and once we had a solid guide, the installation was actually pretty straightforward!

The blinds are *gorgeous* and of excellent quality. If we could do it again, we'd add an extra two inches at the bottom for a more polished look. But hey, live and learn!

I bought these blinds for my mother for her birthday. She absolutely loves them and tells everyone how the upgrade her kitchen.

The blinds fit as expected and work as described on the website. We're happy with them.

Web site was very easy to use, especially for our initial order of a motorized cellular shade for our Master BR triple-wide window. That worked so great that we decided to do 2 more motorized shades for our Master Bath. When it got complicated to match the order for us, we called Support, and they duplicated our order in just a few minutes. Process was easy, and we got EXACTLY what we were after..

Excited to get our blinds and see how they look. Has been quite a process on our part to decide which blinds we liked. Our blinds were delivered. Everything was included to install. Installation took about 30 minutes for 4 blinds. They look awesome in the rooms they were installed. Will be needing more blinds and we know where we will be getting them from.
