Easy to use, straight forward shopping
Beware of their exchange policy! Some background - based on what I've seen, they are pretty much always running a sale, 100% of the time. It's either buy one get one free or 50% off. The list prices are artificially inflated to reflect this. The "actual" price is going to be 50% off whatever they list, 100% of the time. I ordered blinds for 10 windows. When inputting the measurements, I made an error - fine, it should be covered by the exchange policy. You do need to make up the difference, but I was happy to do that as it was my error. HOWEVER, just know that when they're calculating the difference that you need to make up, they use the full, artificially inflated list price of the new blinds and subtract the DISCOUNTED price you paid, which is always going to be 50% off (either through a direct discount or buy one get one free). Thus, the "difference" ends up being the same or more (more in my case) than the original price. You are essentially paying the same price you'd pay if you just ordered new blinds through the portal. The exchange policy nets you nothing. It is a total scam. Also the person who helped me on the phone was very impatient and passive aggressive. After this experience, I would not buy from Blindsgalore again and would prefer to buy from a more honest site.
I found BlindsGalore when doing price comparisons with another brand name that offered a discount through a big box membership retailer. The products and value caught my eye, but the BOGO offered at the time sealed the deal! The blackout single cell shades arrived within a week of ordering. The installation was a breeze, and we've been enjoying them ever since.
The Cell Blinds are for an ADU we are building. Should be done soon and then I will properly review.

Bought these blinds to be used at my church's office. Ordering was easy, colors and fit were perfect. This is my 3rd time ordering from this site. In previous orders, included custom sizes that would have cost hundreds at local big box stores not to mention specialty stores. Will be ordering more shortly for another project.
Theses blinds are basic, but very nice. I liked that they were smooth, no wood grain, will make cleaning them easier, I would think. They are easy to raise and lower, not heavy like the binds I replaced. The only criticism I would have is that the wand that adjusts the slats is a little too short.

This was the 5th time I ordered shutters from Blinds Galore for my new home in Texas. The last 4 homes all came out perfect and I was so excited and happy doing business with Blinds Galore. However, this time was different, none of the shutters I ordered fit my windows. They we too tall and too wide for every window. I called and spoke to Alex and told him of my issues. He told me to remeasure my windows and do some additional measuring that was not part of my order. I did all that for him ad provided the required pictures he asked for. He told me they could remake them but I would be charged. I did nothing wrong. These were not built correctly to begin with. And the screws that were provided for the hinge bar were the incorrect type of screw. The round head sticks out and binds with the shutter when trying to close.

I measure the window opening for blinds and ordered them. The blinds were delivered on time and we all lived happily ever after.

I ordered four natural shades 48.5 inches wide. I received blinds 47.5 inches wide and informed Blindsgalore of the problem and clarified that I needed 48.5 inches wide. The service representative was very helpful even calling the factory to specify the order. The new blinds were 48 inches wide even though they were stamped on the inside 48.5 inches wide. The blinds are beautiful but still not the right size and since they only replace four blinds in a lifetime, even though it is their mistake, I'm stuck.
