Haven't yet been able to install as there was some confusion about the hardware sent by the manufacturer. Am awaiting receipt of new hardware -- Beth and the others in customer service have been working to get the issue resolved.

I inadvertently ordered blinds that did not have blackout fabric, which I needed very much for living in Florida. The customer service agent took a new order for blackout curtains, and they just arrived after about two weeks.

Easy to navigate, good prices. I was disappointed that I believed I was ordering from a Canadian business and it shipped out of California

The ordering process on-line was efficient, and there is plenty of information and installation help. The blinds arrived well packaged, and were not difficult to install. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.

My cellular shades are beautiful. One of the vertical shades was not operating correctly.? The team at Blindsgalore was super responsive and got me the answer/fix from the manufacturer right away.

I am very please with Blindsgalore for the choice of and color of the shades you offer and your website in ease to order. I have long, narrow windows and Blindsgalore was able provide the measurements that I needed. Easy to install and very pleased.

Gorgeous silver colour 15% open Solar Dhade roll blind with matte silver metal (vs plastic pull chain & bottom bar). My mistake was the Italian Porcelain ( not ceramic) tiles were so hard to drill & we could not get the inside mount brackets close enough to the full width of the window. Tried 3 times ordering different width blinds BUT company makes deductions for INSIDE mounts. They all came back wrong! This retrofit was outside their reqular formula. Finally a brilliant solution from the young lady in the ORDER DEPT ( please add her name) she said to ask for EXACT width from bracket to bracket this would automatically including the blind hardware left and right of the top.of the blind roll... but to specify NO DEDUCTIONS & specify outside mount ( even tho it's going inside) so measure width in inches from BRACKET to BRACKET not window to window opening. Duh! 4th time lucky..

I'm really happy with my blinds. Purchase vertical vane blinds. The measuring instructions helped a lot. The blinds fit perfectly! The vanes are perfect size, not too short, not too long. The track itself also fit perfectly. Really happy with my blinds.

Cellular shade is perfect and it was an easy install. Had a bit of difficulty snapping it into brackets initially.
