My sales representative was most excellent in a system me in place in my order very pleased as for the shipment it came in two different deliveries. Some of the boxes were damaged by the plastic ties that they had around the boxes. One of my blinds is damaged and also two others Have some scratches in the headers of them also which I'm not too happy with maybe you could do something about this.

Ordered 9 white aluminum mini blinds in various sizes. Order arrived in timely manner. Packaged very well. Blinds have not been hung. My installer is due to hang blinds after Memorial Day holiday.

Haven't yet been able to install as there was some confusion about the hardware sent by the manufacturer. Am awaiting receipt of new hardware -- Beth and the others in customer service have been working to get the issue resolved.
