Ordered Roman shades with European fold. The order update was practically non-existent, as shades took weeks to arrive. Instructions on hanging outside mount Roman shades were very vague, and there were no videos on the internet to watch. Once I figured out a way (and honestly, I'm still not sold on them being hung correctly), they came up short. I ordered the shades that were over 8" in length beyond the window opening size and with the top mounted as far down as possible, but they still fell about 3" short. Like I stated, maybe I hung them wrong, or maybe not. So they are never going to be fully closed, but the look is growing on me as I have pleated honeycomb blinds behind them for a layered look and for added insulation, also. The tensioner was a little confusing to figure out, as the first sheet had instructions for the apparently old style, and for the life of me, I couldn't figure them out. So I played around and by accident I got them to work, then I found the second NEW style tensioner instructions, and yes, my accident was the correct way.
In the end, however, and after some frustration, I am pleased with the look and the quality of the shade material but not so much with the other components ( String holding the panels came untied on one side, and don't even bother using their supplied white metal screws with flat blade slots [who does that? Philips or Torx, please, were way too soft even with pre-drilling, and the brackets were just angle iron available everywhere. Will I buy from here again? Sorry to say, probably not, as I feel the price was a little high, and the lack of clear instructions and order status left me wanting.

The purchase was made for delivery by 06/07/2025, however, after placing the order, the deadline was changed to 06/12/2025, a date that did not suit me as I was scheduled to travel to Brazil on 06/09/2025. For the reason explained, I canceled the order and when I found someone to receive the product, I requested the reactivation of the order, which was promptly accepted by Blindsgalore.
After meeting with a company rep from another company for new blinds in my windows, I received a quote, and decided it would be too expensive. Then I checked on the Blindsgalore website. I checked the 5-star reviews, placed my order for about 1/4 the previous quote price. They arrived in about a week, and I installed them myself. And they fit perfectly. Great price and quality for my new top-down, bottom-up cellular cordless blinds.

I love the view from my windows. My house is so bright and cheerful in the daytime, yet, when closed, the blinds provide a sense of security and privacy. The workmanship is top notch and the blinds are easy to install. I could not be more satisfied.

Everything was good about the order and the product. My only complaint is this: when the order has more than one item the shipping information should reflect that. I was only given a tracking number for the first shipment, then the order was listed as completed. I had to call the customer service office 3 times to get the second tracking number.
The blinds arrived in a reasonable time frame and came with clear instructions. They fit well and were easy to install. The color is perfect as well as degree of light filtering.

The blinds look amazing. I couldn't be happier. My Moms home was built in the 1930's. I was worried the blinds might not hang correctly or wouldn't fit inside the window frame. Everything was amazing, they were easily installed and look wonderful.
Order and speaking with a Rep was an easy experience. Samples were shipped and arrived promptly and our order arrived when it said it would and all seven blinds fit perfectly
The worst part is double checking my own measurements for my piece of mind. Measure 2x, cut once!

My sales representative was most excellent in a system me in place in my order very pleased as for the shipment it came in two different deliveries. Some of the boxes were damaged by the plastic ties that they had around the boxes. One of my blinds is damaged and also two others Have some scratches in the headers of them also which I'm not too happy with maybe you could do something about this.
